The in becomes the out and the out becomes the in all by itself.
With each passing breath gradually the border where you end.
And that space of air begins.
Dim out and fade away.
Allow yourself to expand beyond the imaginary limitations of your own existence.
Flow from within to the vast space that surrounds you.
Expand more and more.
There is no limit.
There is no border.
Become the room.
And the house.
Become the field.
And the earth.
And the sea.
Expand to the skies and beyond.
Expand to the vast space.
Expand beyond all space and time.
You all present.
You all peace.
Allow that present of peace to expand beyond all space and time.
