Welcome to this grounding meditation.
Take a moment to close your eyes and let your awareness settle into this moment.
Breathe gently.
Soften the edges of your eyes.
Drop your shoulders down,
Releasing any tension you're holding there.
And simply breathe in and out through the nose.
Noting the beginning,
The middle and the end of each inhale.
Covering at the top and noting the beginning,
The middle and the end of each exhale.
Lingering at the bottom.
Do this a few more times.
Beginning,
Middle and end of each inhale.
Hovering at the top.
Then beginning,
Middle and end of each exhale.
Lingering at the bottom.
Using your awareness to the space between the base of your spine and the top of your pubic bone.
Using your imagination,
Really focus and find your root chakra.
Start to notice how the space presents itself to you.
Does it feel heavy or light?
Clear or congested?
This energy center has the ability to act as the dumping ground for all energy in your body that is no longer serving you.
If you are grounded to the earth plane,
You can easily excrete energetic waste through this center and give it to Mother Earth to process for you.
This energy center creates the foundation for all of your energy centers to function and flourish.
I'd like you to start visualizing a red sphere of energy floating in the middle of this space and the base of your spine and the top of your pubic bone.
In this ball of energy is bright,
Red,
Shiny,
Perhaps even iridescent.
On the next inhale,
Bring life force energy into this glowing red sphere.
Really focus your awareness to where you imagine your root energy center to be.
Now with every exhale,
The ball starts to rotate.
You're breathing energy into this sphere and it rotates a little more each exhale.
With every inhale,
Breathe into this ball of energy.
Now with every exhale,
The ball starts to rotate clockwise.
Take three long and deep breaths continuing to imagine the ball getting bigger with each inhale and rotating clockwise with each exhale.
With each inhale,
The red ball of light gets larger and larger.
With each exhale,
It spins faster and faster.
Breathe here,
Visualizing the ball getting larger and spinning faster.
We will begin to connect this bright red sphere into the center of the earth.
In the middle of this red ball of light you have created,
There is a golden spiral.
Notice it.
You realize it's a cord wrapped around this beautiful red ball of energy.
Imagine this golden cord slowly starting to draw downwards from the base of your spine and into the earth.
It moves down through any building you're in,
Into the ground,
Past all the rocks,
Through all the dirt and continues down,
Down,
Down,
Right into the core of the earth.
This beautiful golden cord anchors and latches itself to the core of the earth,
Secure and safe.
Now as you breathe in,
Rich nourishing energy moves up through this golden cord back into the base of your spine.
Every inhale you are being nourished and nurtured.
Every inhale you are being filled with comfort and brilliant grounding rich energy.
Every inhale you are being rejuvenated,
Refreshed.
Now as you exhale,
You release from your being any energy not serving you down this golden cord into the core of the earth.
Release on the exhale down this incredible golden cord.
Release any stress.
Release any tension.
Release any fears.
Release the guilt,
The worry.
Breathe and release.
Now cycle the breath with these intentions.
Inhale up nourishment.
Exhale down to release.
Breathe in to nourish.
Breathe out to release.
Stay here with your breath and this golden cord until my voice returns.
Now can you feel not only the calm breeze starting to blow,
You can feel your my Come back to my voice.
Travel down the cord all the way down to the core of the earth and unlatch it.
Follow it with your imagination.
Up,
Up,
Up as it goes through the rocks and dirt back up through the ground back into the base of your spine.
Notice how your root energy center feels now.
Notice how stable,
Safe and secure you feel.
You are grounded now and resonating with the frequencies of the earth plane.
You've let go of low vibrations and replaced them with vitality and vigor.
Now start to focus only on your inhalations and bring awareness to the space you are in.
Bring awareness back to your body.
Bring some movement into your fingers.
Perhaps start to move your neck from side to side as you come back from this meditation.
Feeling refreshed,
Relieved,
Grounded and strong.
And slowly open your eyes.
