And now,
Let's take a deep breath.
Close your eyes down today as you turn your attention inward for a few moments.
Adjust your awareness to right here,
Right now.
Notice if you need to shift or move,
Allowing your body to get comfortable.
Focus all the muscles from around the eyes and bring gentleness into your entire face.
Focus your attention on breathing in and out through your nose for a few breaths.
And soften the jaw muscles.
Feel your chest rise and fall with each breath.
Drop your shoulders.
Bring your attention into your heart as you feel your body melt into this moment.
Now,
As I say each phrase,
You will repeat it silently to yourself.
Then bring it into your heart and feel into it.
Feel as if you've already received the truth of the phrase.
Then send this feeling or blessing out to the world.
This could be to someone specific or perhaps you just send it into the universe for all to receive.
And for the first few,
I'll remind you of the steps.
I release all trauma and I am committed to my own healing.
So repeat that to yourself and feel into it.
What would it be like if you didn't have any trauma weighing you down?
And if you were completely committed to doing everything possible to heal?
May others release their trauma and be committed to their healing.
Feel into that phrase,
Maybe even sending some healing thoughts to someone particular.
I no longer feel self-conscious for I now choose to recognize my self-worth.
What would it feel like to always have a strong sense of self-worth?
Now let's send this out to the world.
May others no longer feel self-conscious and recognize their self-worth.
I will give myself more compassion going forward.
Repeat that and feel into it.
How does compassion for yourself resonate in your body?
Now send this out.
I send out self-compassion to the world.
Or maybe you have someone in particular in mind who does need some more self-compassion right now.
Send that to them.
I recognize the miracles in my life.
This is about opening yourself up to receive and notice the miracles around you.
What's a miracle you would like to have in your life right now?
How does it feel to recognize and receive miracles?
Now send out the wish for others to recognize miracles in their lives.
For the rest of these phrases I'll let you go into the practice yourself of repeat it,
Feel it,
Send it,
And I'll give you enough pauses in between to do each.
I release all low vibration feelings and choose to be content.
I trust that everything will always work out.
I rejoice in the success of others as it shows me what is possible.
I am present and grateful in each moment.
I am at peace.
I recognize how safe and secure I am in this world.
I no longer need to search externally for I recognize I am complete exactly how I am.
I am constantly inspired.
My heart is open and I embrace love into my life.
I see the truth in the world and in myself.
My thoughts,
Feelings,
And actions are in perfect synchronicity.
I have everything I need to be full and happy.
My actions are happening from a place of plenitude.
My generosity is operating from a place of plenitude.
I am available to more good than I've ever imagined,
Manifested,
Or experienced before.
I am prosperous and I am willing to be prosperous.
May I fulfill my soul's mission in this lifetime.
And just stay here for a moment as you bask in the high vibrations you just sent out into the world.
I generalize myself and I always choose to be and never deserve to be doomed.
Bring your attention now back to your breath.
Again,
Noticing the rise and fall of your chest.
Take a moment to recognize any learnings or insights that came from this practice today.
What are you more aware of now?
Send your attention now to your fingers,
Bringing some movement into your hands,
Your wrists,
Coming up to your shoulders and slowly opening your eyes.
