Hello,
My name is Mandy Rabot.
I'll be your guided meditation facilitator today.
Get really comfortable and close your eyes.
Notice how you're doing today.
Soften the edges of your eyes as you really sink into this moment.
Breathe slowly in and out through the nose.
Seeing if you can surrender and allow that breath to breathe you.
Relax your jaw.
Drop your shoulders.
Feel those bottom ribs flare out on the inhale and contract on the exhale.
Move your awareness into your heart.
Breathe in and out through that heart space.
Breathe in and out through that heart space.
Spend a few breaths tapping into the fears you have in your life.
No judgement here,
Just observe.
Become clear with yourself and complete this sentence silently.
I have fears about.
My fears are related to.
Just go here for a few minutes.
Really tapping into some of those fears you have.
Where do you feel this fear in your body?
Where do you hold it?
Stay here for a few breaths.
You're safe to explore right here,
Right now,
In this moment.
Does this fear have a colour?
Is there any texture?
What other sensations does this fear create within you?
Is there tightness or rigidity in your body?
Just notice.
Stay with these sensations,
Recognizing that you are currently safe and secure where you are.
These are just feelings and emotions,
Allow them to happen.
Breathe in and out through your nose.
Don't let your mind wander.
Just recognize the fear in your life.
You don't need to do anything with it right now.
Just notice.
As you bring awareness to these fears,
You're bringing them into the light.
The more aware you are of these,
The more healing you bring into your life.
You're no longer hiding or burying these fears.
You're recognizing them for what they are.
Even your breath becomes a powerful tool to dispel these fears.
Visualize a white light beaming down on you from above.
This light is warm and filled with power beyond the human realm.
As you inhale,
You breathe in this white healing light into your entire being.
Notice how the light swirls around where you hold your fear and it starts to loosen its fibers.
As you exhale,
You expel any color,
Texture,
Or sensations this fear had.
Breathing in the white healing light and exhaling all fear.
When you start to notice that any lower vibrational emotions or sensations start to melt away from your being,
Breathe again three longer,
Slower breaths in and out as you inhale the white light and exhale the fear.
Perhaps you ask Mother Earth,
Gaia,
To assist you and pull this fear from your being with her power and grace.
She is capable of moving huge amounts of energy through her creations of nature.
If you allow her to assist you,
You observe how she finds a loose thread of fear still hanging on.
She gently and carefully uses her grace and starts to pull this out of you.
The thread starts to unwind and release anything not serving your highest and greatest good.
The fear melts away.
All fear is releasing.
Breathe into that phrase,
Breathing in all fear and exhaling is releasing.
All fear is releasing.
Imagine you've released all the fear and you're able to do anything without limitations.
Where would you go with your life?
What would you do?
You're a magician where you can make anything happen and everything you plan to do is guaranteed success.
What would you do with this power?
Imagine now from within your heart until my voice returns.
Ę You You You You You Slowly bring your attention back to the sound of my voice Back to your breath Breathing in and out through your nose Allowing that breath to breathe you Take a moment and recognize any learnings or insights that came from this practice What are you more aware of now?
Send your attention now to your fingers and toes bringing in some movement there Weaking up that body after this meditation Move all the way up to your shoulders and move into some neck rolls Finding all of those little kinks and twinges in your neck Moving that head around Come back to center and slowly open your eyes Thank you for meditating with me today.
