Today we're going to do a simple calming breath and guided meditation.
We're going to breathe in our nose for four beats and out from our nose for eight beats.
I'll guide you throughout the track so you can just relax and focus on your breath.
As you're breathing in and out,
I invite you to imagine your breath in starts from your root chakra,
The bottom of your spine,
And goes all the way up to your crown chakra,
The top of your head.
And on your out breath,
It goes from your crown back down to your root.
As you're breathing in and out,
Feel your breath pass through your heart,
Stoking its flame,
Charging it with life force from the earth and the sky.
So let's begin breathing in for four,
Out for eight.

Charge your heart with gratitude for showing up today.

Bringing it all in.
Sending that oxygen to your heart.
Feel your heart beat.
Feel the buoyancy of your heart.
Sending light to your heart and take in one more big sip and breathe in all that light you just created right back into your heart.
And with a tone,
A satisfying sigh,
Breathe out.
Now return back to your normal breathing.
In and out through the nose.
Just relax and let your mind and emotions go where they desire.
