Meditation Timer OnlineSilence is rarely quiet when the brain is opening fifty tabs at a time. Born from his own journey with an attention disorder, Jean-Michel learned that for many, silence is a distraction rather than a refuge. To him, meditation isn’t a spiritual chore—it’s a way to tune the mechanics of focus for peace. He built an "Architecture of Attention" to help others move from a scattered mind to a grounded practice, using sound as a bridge for whenever focus wanders. Jean-Michel collaborates with family friend and composer Christopher Ifeloluwa to create soundscapes that act as a steady hand—giving the mind a resonant path to follow so that "just sitting" feels less like a struggle and more like a relief. By hushing the mental noise and letting the body truly relax, he provides the breathing room to navigate a busy world with ease. He has organized their works into five "vines" of sound: - Expressive (journey): Stories that turn feelings into a vibrant journey you can follow and feel. - Ambient (ambie): A soft place to land; textures that help thoughts slow down and drift. - Rhythmic (rhythm): A steady pulse that acts as an anchor to keep one present in the "here and now." - Healing (heal): Traditional vibrations designed to help the body release stress and find flow. - Pathways (path): Layers of sound that act as a map, guiding the listener deeper step-by-step.
