Slow Down And Be Present

This meditation will guide you to slow down into the present moment. From the present moment, you can sense the subtle energies of everything around you, that also is you. You are bigger than your body. Use this meditation to expand your energy field and sense of self. When you live expanded, you are more aligned with your truth and light. Shine your light!

We have arrived in the precious present moment. We have arrived in the precious present moment. We are here now, In the only time that exists right now. We can't access the past and change it, We're not projecting into the future our fears and limited conditioning. We're right here in the present moment, In this moment. As you slow down your breathing, In through the nose, We slow down. We're here, When the next thing tries to grab your attention, Release it with love and come back to the present moment. The inhale and exhale right here in the present moment. Where is your energy state? Are you energy deficient, Lacking in some way, Needing rest and rejuvenation? Are you energy neutral, All of your needs are met, Many of them in excess, You have no need to move, You are full, You are content, At ease. Or are you energy rich, Vibrant, Radiating, Overflowing with abundance and prosperity, Joy, Happiness, Flow. Notice that no matter where you're at, It's perfect. You can't be wrong when you are present. You can't be wrong when you are in the present moment. It just is. You just are being here now. Notice that everything else around you is you too, Slowly open your eyes if they're closed and look at what's around you and say to yourself or out loud, I am that. I am. I am. I am. I am that. I am. I am that. I am. Expand your sense of identity, What you are. You're not the body, You are everything. I am with everything. I am. I am. Take a few slow intentional breaths right here. Breathe it in. The source energy creating you and everything else blurring the lines between where you begin and end and from this place. Open your heart and connect with those who you will encounter today. Love them as they are you too. Taking a few more slow deep breaths into the belly. Sigh it out nice and long. Deep breath into the belly. Sigh it out. Wiggling your fingers and your face. Let a smile stretch across your face and welcome in a new day of this new expanded version of you. Go out there and be the love you wish to see in the world. Music by Our Daughter.
