This is a guided meditation episode.
Today's meditation has been taken from my Breathwork and Meditation class,
Healing and Nurturing the Inner Child.
This meditation will guide you to an encounter with your child self.
Some strong past emotions may come up in this meditation.
Just stay in a state of acceptance and keep your heart open.
I recommend that you listen to this with headphones and please refrain from listening while driving.
Find a comfortable place to sit and take a deep breath.
Close your eyes and enjoy the journey.
Now is the time to take it all in and to really go deep into your subconscious mind,
Into your soul and allow your soul and your higher self to guide you in this meditation.
I'm gonna be guiding you,
But like I said,
If you're having your own experience right now,
Just surrender to that.
Surrender to the guidance of your spirit guides and your angels.
Know that this is a safe place.
You can go anywhere.
You can feel anything.
You can trust and surrender.
You can also find my guidance and my voice.
And in this beautiful state that you're in right now,
I invite you to focus on your third eye,
Your mind's screen,
As well as your heart,
The portal to healing,
To self-love and the bridge between your human self and your spirit.
And in your mind screen,
Visualize yourself walking in a path.
This path can be outdoors,
Can be indoors.
You look at your feet,
Just taking one step at a time,
One after the other,
And you feel the texture of the floor.
Is it grass?
Is it sand?
Is it wood?
Cement?
And you observe your surroundings.
And in front of you,
Not so far now,
You visualize your childhood home,
The place where you grew up.
And as you approach this house,
This apartment,
You feel some emotions that bring you back to your childhood.
And before you open the door to get into your house,
You just affirm to yourself that it's okay to feel these emotions.
It's okay to feel any kind of emotions.
We're not going to judge these emotions here.
Even if it feels a little bit overwhelming,
You affirm to yourself that it's okay,
It's safe to feel whatever I feel without judgment.
And so you slowly open the door into your childhood home.
You observe the environment,
You observe the furniture,
You observe the rooms.
And I want you to go to the room where you know you're going to find your child's self.
Go to that room so that you will encounter your child's self.
And as you enter this room,
You observe your child's self.
Again,
There's no judgment.
What is she or he doing?
Is he playing?
Is he drawing?
Is he writing?
Is he reading?
Is he watching TV?
Is she talking to anybody?
Is there anyone around?
Is she happy?
Is she afraid?
How is your child's self feeling?
Now,
You can go to a scene in your childhood that felt painful.
That wounded you.
And remember it's okay,
It's a safe place.
And you can go there,
You can take your child's self by the hand,
And just stay next to your child,
Giving them the support,
The love,
And the protection.
Observe the scene,
Observe the people around you.
If it's ever too overwhelming,
Remember that you're safe,
Remember that you were loved,
And remember that now you can give that protection and that love to your child's self.
As you watch the scene,
You observe your child's self and how they're feeling.
And I want you to kneel down and look your child's self in the eyes.
Give them a big hug,
A warm and tight hug from heart to heart.
And look at them in the eyes and tell them all that you would like to tell your child's self.
Tell them I love you.
Tell them you are protected,
You are so brave.
Tell them I'm sorry.
I'm sorry for all the things that you had to go through on your own.
Tell them it's okay.
It's okay to feel however you feel,
But know that things will be okay.
You'll be okay because I'm right here for you.
And ask your child's self,
Is there anything you want to tell me?
And listen.
Welcome to my content.
And always come back to your heart.
Remember of the love that you are.
Remember to love yourself.
Remember you are worthy.
You are love itself.
You are light.
