As we begin this meditation,

I want for you to allow yourself to get into a comfortable position.

That can be sitting on a mat,

Sitting in a chair,

Lying down,

Whatever position you find most comfortable.

If you get comfortable and still,

I want to invite you to close your eyes or take a soft gaze.

Release your tongue from the roof of your mouth.

Unclench your jaw.

And release your shoulders from your ears.

And breathe.

As you inhale and exhale through your nose,

I want for you to inhale through your nose and soak up positivity.

And exhale through your nose and release fear.

If at any time throughout this meditation you find your mind wandering,

I just want for you to bring it back to your breath and inhale positivity and release fear.

What would life look like if you could move past your fears and focus on positive possibilities?

What would you do?

Where would you go?

Where would you meet?

As you continue to breathe,

On every exhale I want for you to sink deeper into whatever is holding you up.

Whether that is your chair,

Your mat,

Or your bed.

What fears are holding you back from reaching those positive possibilities?

Take time to imagine life without scary,

Anxious,

Or self-sabotaging thoughts.

A life without limits.

On every inhale,

I want for you to say to yourself silently,

My past built the foundation for my present.

And on every exhale,

I want for you to say silently to yourself,

My present will form my future.

So inhale,

My past built the foundation for my present.

Exhale,

My present will form my future.

Just continue to say that silently to yourself.

On every inhale,

My past built the foundation for my present.

And on every exhale,

My past built the foundation for my present.

As we end this meditation and you begin to come back into your space,

I want for you to start awakening your body by wiggling your toes and wiggling your fingers.

Continue to come back into your space slowly.

Open your eyes.

You have the power to change your story.
