Welcome to this Woom Ocean Meditation to empower you to connect with your capacity to foster and nurture creation and life in all forms.

You may wish to practice this while laying in a large body of warm water such as a filled bathtub or heated pool should you have access to it.

You can also practice this lying down on the yoga mat or on a firm but comfortable surface such as your bed and use any forms of support such as cushions,

Pillows,

Blankets and eye mask to ensure you feel completely comfortable and held.

Start by lying down comfortably.

Allow your arms to rest by the sides of your body.

You may wish to half or fully close your eyes if that feels good for you.

Start by noticing your breath.

Inhaling,

Allowing a gentle rise.

Exhaling,

Sense a soft surrender.

Inhaling,

Allow a vitality unfold within you.

Exhaling,

Letting yourself relax deeper into you.

For the next 9 breaths,

Continue to ride the wave of your breath.

Allow yourself to yield.

Relax into yourself.

Like an ocean wave relaxing into the ocean.

Now,

Visualize that you are floating weightlessly in an ocean.

An ocean as far and as wide and as deep as you can imagine.

Feel completely at home.

See the shades of black and blue extend beyond the horizon,

Merging with the dark night sky.

Feel the ocean breeze gently caressing your cheeks.

And let your nostrils receive the scent of the fresh,

Airy and salty waves.

Sense the motion of the waves gently lapping,

Layer upon layer.

Notice the layers of your breath mirroring the lapping of the ocean waves.

Now,

As your exhale goes out,

Feel heaviness.

Feel your body is so heavy that you might descend into the dark,

Deep ocean.

As your inhale comes in,

Feel lightness.

As if your body was so light that it rises and floats like a tiny water droplet rising,

Riding the ocean waves.

Exhaling,

Feeling that you are as heavy as the vast,

Limitless ocean.

Inhaling,

Feeling that you are light as a tiny water droplet.

As your breath moves,

Alternate between these two sensations.

Heaviness on exhalation and lightness on inhalation for the next nine breaths.

Now,

Invite both of these extremes to be held simultaneously in your witness consciousness.

Feel both heavy and light at the same time.

Feel as light as a tiny droplet and as heavy as the entire ocean.

Continue breathing as you hold both experiences simultaneously in your consciousness.

Feel your identity expand.

Feel that you are both a tiny,

Specific wave,

A tiny water droplet,

And at the same time,

The entire limitless ocean in specific expression.

Embrace,

Allow your ocean nature.

Continue like this for the next nine breaths.

Now,

Gently let go of this practice and become aware of the natural weight,

Shape,

And form of your body.

Direct the whole of the focus of your mental awareness into the space in front of your closed eyes.

Inhale and see the full moon above you in the dark night sky.

Let the light shine down on you,

On your body floating weightlessly in the ocean.

Exhale and bring the focus of your attention down into the space of your womb.

Feel that within you,

Within your womb world,

Lies an ocean as vast and limitless as the ocean around you.

Breathe your inner gaze down inside your womb and feel within your womb a little moon,

Round,

Full,

And luminous inside you,

Mirroring the full moon above you.

Feel within you the soft,

Nurturing light of the moon and her capacity to birth,

Nourish,

And sustain life in all forms.

See and feel the light of your inner moon shining and let this soft,

Warm glow spread down your hips,

Thighs,

Knees,

Calves,

Ankles,

To your toes.

Let her glow spread up,

Warming and healing your waist,

Chest,

Heart,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Elbows,

Wrists,

Palms,

To your fingertips.

Feel her healing light spread up your neck,

Covering your chin,

Jaw,

Cheeks,

Lips,

Ears,

Nose,

Eyes,

Eyebrows,

Forehead,

And the back of your head all the way up to your crown.

Warming and healing all of you.

Feel cocooned in this warm,

Healing space.

Feel that you are safe,

You are held.

Experience an effortless ease,

Your breath simply coming in and out as if your body is being breathed.

Feel cocooned in this warm,

Healing space.

Feel that there is nothing that needs doing,

You are perfect as you are.

All of you is welcome.

Feel cocooned in this warm,

Healing space.

In her embrace,

Love,

Creation,

And life flows freely in abundance.

In this warm,

Healing space,

Feel love,

Life,

And creation overflowing.

Feel that all is possible.

With your next inhale,

Let your breath rise from your heart as if your heart were breathing you.

Exhale,

And now listen to the guidance of your heart's wisdom.

Hear the words of your inner teacher,

Your heart.

Notice your body breathing.

Become aware of your breath entering and leaving as if your body is being breathed.

Know that your heartfelt intention grows and flourishes in your life.

Feel how it is to actually inhabit the reality of your heart's intuition,

Inner wisdom.

Experience the feeling of embodying the reality of your heart's guidance.

See this unfolding.

See this present in your life as you are here now.

As we approach the end of this practice,

Know that the guidance,

Healing,

And blessings you have received come now out with you into your everyday life.

Gently allow the sound of your breath to become louder.

Let the sound of your breath,

These vibrations,

Reawaken you to an everyday state of consciousness.

You may wish to stretch,

Yawn,

And when you feel ready,

Gently roll over,

Sit up,

And take a few moments in pause before you continue with the rest of your day.
