This meditation is an opportunity to experience your direct connection to your divine creator,
To know yourself as an extension of your source.
In this new Eden,
We are this source energy walking on this earth.
We activate in ourselves a deep sense of this source energy and the invitation to express this in our own unique way.
I invite you to close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling out through your mouth.
Another deep breath directly into your heart and exhale and relax your body and quiet your mind.
As you continue breathing into your heart,
Begin to feel in that area in your upper chest,
Your physical heart,
And behind that a light that illuminates this whole space.
Beginning to sense this deep part of yourself where you remember who you are.
Take another deep,
Deep breath and begin to imagine this light expanding,
Filling your chest up into your head,
Your torso,
And continuing around your physical body until it creates a sphere around you filled with light and energy.
Begin to sense that outer edge of this sphere and a point behind your heart.
The outer edge is vibrating with an energy of your higher consciousness,
A part of you that is always connected to your divine source.
In your heart,
We ask and intend to clear and release any old debris,
Any leftover emotions or beliefs about our early training in spiritual matters or religious institutions,
Any old imprints,
Beliefs,
Energies that no longer serve us.
Take a deep breath and as you exhale,
Begin to let go of these old experiences that still hold a bit of a charge.
Letting go of any anger about the negative impact of some of your religious training.
Letting go of the dogma and the focus on guilt or sin and any residual attachment to the external authority of the church or the priest or the minister or the rabbi or the monk or the lama or any other spiritual teacher in your life.
Just imagine you can dissolve these constructs.
They're just information.
Or you can put them in a sphere in front of you that acts like a zero point or a trash can and they dissolve and disappear from your consciousness.
And we ask and intend at this time to clear and release these old experiences and emotions from every cell of our physical body,
Our conscious and subconscious minds and all past and parallel lifetime.
Take another deep breath and exhale.
We ask and intend to release any fear around the power of these institutions or individuals and any fear around a belief in a judging creator.
Some of these beliefs still held in the human collective unconscious,
But you can unplug from them.
Clear them out of your subconscious and choose to align yourself and plug directly into the source of this universe.
Again,
Imagining this energy and information just going into that sphere in front of you,
Coming out of your cells and your mind and your subconscious basement.
Bring your attention to your heart.
And there you can imagine this deep sense of your own light.
May just be a flicker behind your heart.
Or a strong sphere and beaming energy like the sun.
Your divine nature at its heart is infinite.
Sensing there a desire for connection and expansion into more of who you really are.
And an experience of a deep,
Direct connection to your divine creator.
Begin to imagine as if in response to that desire,
A warm,
Powerful presence with you now.
As if around you and with you in this sacred space is the energy and the presence of your divine creator.
Perhaps sensing colors swirling around you.
There are a few of these beings here with us now.
An archangel presence holding a strong,
Powerful,
Protective,
Larger sphere around us.
And then a little bit to your left in front of you.
Kind of a warm,
Nourishing spirit,
Energy,
Life force pulsing into your heart.
We might call the divine mother presence.
Inviting your body to relax and feel this love.
And kind of off to the right in front of you,
An energy that feels strongly penetrating.
Shining a light of truth and power.
And inviting that to be activated in you as you remember a direct connection to a divine father,
A mind consciousness energy.
Creating energy.
And then behind you,
Another aspect of this source of physical energy.
Some call a Christ consciousness or divine son energy.
As if right behind your spine.
Coming with a understanding of what it is to be human and divine.
And energy kind of penetrates into and entrains with your physical cells.
Reminding you in this body that you are not alone.
And activating and expanding knowing of your divine purpose.
Begin to sense now as if energy and light from these three beings are coming directly into your heart.
All connecting there in your heart.
And also sending a beam of energy to the center of your brain.
And a point behind your navel.
We ask and intend to remember this experience.
Of who we are and our direct connection to this divine creator energy.
And if there's any question in your heart,
Like what is my divine purpose?
Ask and listen.
Imagine a sphere of light holding this energy and experience.
And this message.
And allow this light to come in through the top of your head.
Particles of information and energy soaking into the cells of your brain.
Bringing in a new understanding.
And light and love.
To guide and support you.
As it flows down your neck and throat.
Bringing healing.
Into your upper chest and down your arms.
Bringing clarity and a deeper trust.
In your own being and your own deep wisdom.
As it flows down your body and every cell of your organs,
Heart,
Lungs.
Digestive organs,
Kidneys.
Pelvis and down your legs and feet.
And deep into this earth.
Sensing a point at the center of the earth.
And a beam of light going up and through you.
Still holding these energies with you.
And continuing to the center of the Milky Way galaxy.
And all the way to source at the center of this universe.
And in your heart,
We ask and intend.
That this integration continue in a safe and comfortable way.
And so it is.
