The focus of this meditation is the health and alignment of our physical body.
We'll be using a geometric structure that I call the Cosmic Greenhouse.
It's made of pure source energy and consciousness,
And is coherent with the universal structure.
You can just imagine it around the space that you're in,
A room or if you're outside maybe 10-15 feet in diameter.
And it's crystal gold and green light.
Imagine that each edge of the structure is a sparkling gold light and each face is kind of a transparent spring green.
And it holds a very high vibration of source energy.
Imagine now inside that larger structure that you're in your sacred space.
A space that expands around your physical body to create a sphere about 7-9 feet in diameter.
We'll begin by doing some breathing and quieting and setting our intentions for this time.
Close your eyes and feel yourself fully present in your physical body.
Sensing the sphere around you and the larger structure of our Cosmic Greenhouse.
Bring your attention to your heart,
Setting your own intention to address any physical imbalance or discomfort.
And receive whatever healing and experience is most aligned for you today.
Take a deep,
Deep breath in through the nose and exhale out through the mouth.
Another deep breath in through the nose and exhale.
Another deep breath in and as you exhale begin to relax your body.
Maybe rolling your shoulders,
Wiggling in your seat,
Intending to release all tension and tightness and simply sit comfortably.
As you take another deep breath in through the nose and exhale releasing any tension or tightness.
And one more deep,
Deep breath and exhaling and bring your attention to your heart.
We ask and intend to create and maintain this sacred space and this larger Cosmic Greenhouse structure.
We ask and intend to let go of all distracting thoughts and energies and keep them outside this sacred space.
We ask and intend that this larger structure and ultimately our physical body be coherent with the structures of the universe as originally created.
Held now in the New Earth Grid,
In the Galactic Grid and the Universal Grid and structure.
Our intention is to bring our physical bodies and cells in complete alignment with the fabric of the universe.
Made of love and truth and beauty and goodness.
So is the universe and so are we,
Even at the level of our physical bodies.
And take another deep,
Deep breath and as you exhale release any of these distractions,
Just blow them out of your space.
Thoughts,
Questions,
Feelings.
Take another deep breath in and as you exhale,
Release them from your body and blow them out of your physical space.
And one more deep,
Deep cleansing breath and bring your attention to your heart.
Feeling that deep desire to flourish as a physical organism in this human body.
Begin to imagine that you're standing in a beam of light around your body in your sacred space as if the sun is shining into this cosmic greenhouse.
Feeling the warmth and the light all around you,
Helping you relax.
And as you follow and notice this beam,
It goes to the sun and beyond,
To the center of this galaxy and continues all the way to source at the center of this universe.
Begin to imagine there just a shape of a human,
A very loose shape of a human body that's pure light.
Gold and white light.
Holding the potential and frequency of the human body with its highest functioning and potential.
Including a little bit of an upgrade.
At the level of our DNA.
And an ease of our different systems functioning.
Take a deep,
Deep breath and exhale.
Begin to imagine this shape.
Moving through space in its own sphere,
Holding it safe and protected.
As it moves to the Milky Way galaxy.
And then on to our solar system.
And then into our cosmic greenhouse structure.
This consciousness of this human body in its perfect,
Highest potential form and upgrade is in front of you like a template.
Which allows your physical human body to entrain.
Begin to imagine also a ball of light above your head,
Holding this intention and energy.
And then into this gold and white light,
Sparkly.
And it begins to come in through the top of our heads.
Around your skull and skin.
And slowly into your brain.
It's very gentle and soft.
Little particles of light.
And it begins to dissolve any old imprints of our human experience.
That have created fear and resistance.
And an unnecessary anticipation of pain and discomfort.
Take a deep,
Deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Intend to release,
Ask and intend to release any fear of physical discomfort.
Any fear of future imbalances or aging.
As if you have an expectation,
A roadmap in your brain that's slowly being dissolved as you release and let go.
And open more to this infinite potential of source for your body.
Allow this light to settle in and anchor at a point in the center of your brain.
At your pineal gland.
As it slowly saturates all the cells of your brain.
Dissolving any programming or beliefs about how the body works.
Just loosening and softening any attachment to any beliefs about how the body works and what you need to do to keep control over it.
As if you've been battling your own body.
And take another deep,
Deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Releasing this tightness and old experiences,
Imprints and beliefs about your body.
Allowing this light to fill your head completely with a softness and ease of being.
Lowering down your neck and throat.
Soothing any scars from the past.
Flowing across your shoulders and dissolving any tightness there as it flows down your arms to your fingertips.
And slowly filling your upper chest now with a pink and gold light of a pure love.
For this body awakening in you.
And also a larger energy around your upper chest,
This pink and gold light of a Divine Mother who so loves you.
Like a mother holding an infant,
Newborn baby.
Pure love.
For this brand new physical form that you are.
And as this light fills your whole upper chest,
It also dissolves any self-image or expectations you've had or have now of your body.
What it should do and how it should behave.
And ask and intend to completely release this old way of being and these attitudes from every cell in your physical body,
Your conscious mind,
Your subconscious mind,
And all past and parallel lives.
And ask and intend to open more to this love of yourself,
Of your body.
And a gracious allowing the body to know what it knows,
To heal itself,
To bring itself into balance,
A trust in this body.
Take a deep,
Deep breath.
Exhaling any doubt or confusion or resistance to this possibility that you can trust and work with your body.
A love and acceptance of your body as it is now.
Anchoring this in a point behind your heart.
As the light continues to flow down into your lower abdomen,
Your lower back.
And flow down your legs,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your feet.
And feel your feet on this earth as this light continues down into the earth to the core of our planet.
To nourish and assist her as well.
Bring your awareness to your physical body now filled with this light and training to this template.
The original and upgraded human body has created at source for life on this earth.
And take another deep breath in.
And exhale.
Begin to imagine beneath your feet all of light,
Again pure source energy.
But this is an energy that holds a nourishing and sustaining energy of source.
And it's a royal blue and emerald green light.
Imagine this coming flowing into your feet.
Beginning to move up your legs.
But feel it soaking into your bones,
Your tendons,
Your ligaments,
Your muscles as it flows into your feet and up into your ankles and calves.
Activating also your nervous system and circulatory system.
Moves into your knees,
Oiling your joints.
Flowing up your thighs,
Massaging your muscles.
Continues up into your hips,
Your pelvis.
Making any adjustments to your physical structure in the joints.
Continuing up into your lower abdomen filled with this green,
Blue and gold light.
Energizing your reproductive organs,
Your intestines.
Moves up to your spleen,
Your liver,
Your pancreas and your stomach.
Into your kidneys,
Continues flowing up into your lungs and your heart.
And up into your shoulders and arms again,
The joints,
The muscles,
The nerves,
The blood.
Continues up your neck and throat into your brain,
Nervous system.
Nourishing,
Healing,
Balancing energy.
And continues up through the top of your head,
All the way back to source at the center of this universe.
Take another deep,
Deep breath.
And intend to feel your body now coherent with the universe.
Filled with this source energy and information to allow you to relax and enjoy and flourish in this human physical body.
Bring your attention to a point behind your navel that holds your whole structure together,
Your physical body.
See how that point is connected to one behind your heart and one in the center of your brain.
All holding this new information and energy to allow you to thrive.
We ask and intend that this continue all in a safe and comfortable way.
That we can step back into this cosmic greenhouse and know this alignment,
This opportunity to flourish.
As we move forward in our lives.
And so it is.
