Hello my dear.
Welcome to this guided meditation.
This is all about visualizing your intentions manifested.
So just find yourself in a comfortable position whether sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes.
Bring your awareness to your breathing.
Take a few slow and deep breaths.
Lying your whole body to calm down,
To relax.
To become full of ease,
Feeling completely comfortable.
At any time during this meditation,
If you need to adjust your position or change your position,
Feel free to help yourself become even more comfortable.
When your body is at ease,
Then your mind can so much more easily be at ease also.
Just enjoy for a moment how everything right now is peaceful.
You are still.
You are quiet.
And even if there are noises in your environment,
You can still be quiet within.
All the things you need to do,
Tasks,
Goals and projects you can pick up after this meditation.
Right now there's nothing to do,
Nowhere to go.
Just being here right now in this moment.
Imagine that you're standing in a meadow on the hillside.
The gentle slopes of the hills surround you and above you is the beautiful clear blue sky.
It's a lovely sunny day.
And you're going for a walk through this meadow.
You notice the details on the pathway.
Pebbles and stone,
Grass and moss all beneath your feet as you walk forward.
You observe the trees along your path,
Noticing these trees,
Their branches,
Leaves and how they look like.
You feel so very observant.
Every aspect of this meadow seems alive to you.
And it feels good to be walking along this path.
You feel content,
Filled with joy on this path.
As you walk along this meandering path,
You notice there's a small bridge coming up ahead of you.
You walk toward that bridge.
Once you arrive at the bridge,
You see trickling water below.
A small stream is making gurgling sounds.
You just stand there,
Watch the water as it flows below.
You know that this stream flows to a pond,
So you go off the path and start walking beside the stream,
Going downward,
Going downhill.
And alongside the stream,
There's a tiny dirt path upon which you walk,
Parallel to the stream,
Watching how the water twists and turns around the rocks.
Beautiful,
Crisp,
Fresh water flowing down.
Soon you notice where the stream meets the pond.
You speed up your steps and find a spot to sit on right at the pond.
The pond is still.
The water is completely still,
Reflecting the sky and the trees around.
This is a magical pond,
A pond that can show you what you visualize.
So now you look at the pond at the surface of the water,
Crystal clear reflecting the sky,
And you visualize what your dream life looks like.
We take a deep breath and start reviewing all aspects of your life.
On the surface of the pond,
You can see yourself visualizing your healthy body.
You see yourself eating healthy,
Moving your body,
Taking good care of your health.
You visualize a healthy,
Calm mind.
On the pond surface,
You can see how you're meditating,
Calming your mind,
Feeding it good thoughts,
Good ideas,
And helping it to build a calm,
Resilient,
And strong state.
You see yourself with happy,
Healthy relationships,
Having deep,
Joyful moments with friends,
Family members,
Colleagues,
And loved ones.
In the mirror that is the pond surface,
You see yourself connecting with all beings,
With animals in your life,
Taking care of them,
Protecting them,
Admiring their beauty,
And admiring their wild nature.
You also see the various aspects of your career or of your business beautifully blossoming.
You see yourself committed,
Persevering,
Continuously making meaningful effort.
Your work-life rhythm is in balance the way you like it.
You are creating to help people.
You also see your finances in good health,
Well taken care of,
Giving you the ability to take care of yourself,
Your loved ones,
And all of the important meaningful causes that you want to support.
You see yourself in a beautiful home,
A home filled with love,
With calmness,
With joy,
And peace.
You visualize all these different aspects of your life and you see it manifesting.
You see it coming into reality.
This is your dream life.
If you can visualize it,
You can manifest it into reality.
And now the surface of the pond changes and slowly reflects the sky and the trees again.
You take a deep,
Deep breath.
Make your way back to the path,
The path going along the stream,
Coming back up to the bridge,
Walking across and into the meadow.
Just stand there in the meadow,
Look all around you,
Glancing up at the sky,
The big blue sky.
Then gently come back into the room where you're sitting or lying,
Back where you are.
And come back to visit this pond to reconnect with your dream life,
With all of your intentions,
Any time that you want.
And then gently wiggling your fingers and your toes a wee bit.
Take a deep breath and gently and slowly opening your eyes.
