Welcome to this short guided meditation all about opening to abundance.
In this meditation we're going to start to explore the true nature of abundance.
You see,
Abundance is not a circumstance or a condition.
It has nothing to do with how much money you earn,
Or how many relationships or close relationships that you have.
These conditions are temporary.
You are passing through them as you move through your life.
Abundance is never temporary,
It's permanent.
It's actually your natural state of mind,
Which underlies everything you experience in the world.
However,
If you're not attuned to it,
You can't recognize it.
If you can't recognize it,
You can't enjoy it.
So the first step toward experiencing true abundance in your life is to prepare your mind.
Just take a few moments now to focus on your breath.
Deeply breathing in and out.
You can close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Relax more deeply into your point of awareness.
Allow your mind to focus only on the motion of the air in and out of your body.
As you progress through this meditation,
Your perspective will shift.
You'll start to open up to thinking about the world in a new way.
And the circumstances of your life will begin to appear differently right in front of you.
With time,
These circumstances will change.
You'll become more open,
More affluent,
And more loving.
With time,
These circumstances will change.

You'll come to recognize and know through your own experience that the ideas and suggestions in this meditation are true.

And I'd continue focusing silently for a few more minutes,

Gently bringing your awareness back to your body,
Back to where you are sitting or lying.
And begin to open yourself to abundance as you gently blink your eyes open,
