Sitting or lying quietly with your eyes closed.
Just rest easily here,
Paying attention to your breath for a few moments,
Gently in and out,
Finding your best rhythm.
Just keep your awareness on your breath.
When you feel yourself move into that space of calm,
In your mind affirm that you are ready and willing to activate your wisdom self.
To activate your wisdom self,
You're just going to state this readiness as an intention.
We're going to say it three times together,
Saying this in your mind.
I am ready and willing to activate my wisdom self,
To connect to my higher guidance.
I am ready and willing to activate my wisdom self,
To connect to my higher guidance.
I am ready and willing to activate my wisdom self,
To connect to my higher guidance.
Just continue to breathe deeply and slowly as you feel and sense this activation taking place.
Then welcome the energy of truth and love that is sure to fill you.

And when you feel the energy of your wisdom self activate,
Make a statement of commitment.
Say something like,
Wisdom self,
I am available for your guidance.
And now make a request.
Wisdom self,
I ask that you are there for me whenever I call upon you.
Support me and guide me in the direction of truth for my highest and best good.
Feel and sense that bond forming,
Experience that powerful connection that is deepening.
And now just stay in silence while the energy of connection settles.
