The listener will be guided using simple visualizations to deepen the breath to help calm, reduce stress and restore balance in the mind and body system. Sara uses the analogy of a pitcher of water. The lungs are filled from the bottom up and emptied from the collar bones down just like a pitcher of water.

Have a seat on a mat or a cushion.

Begin to settle in for your meditation.

Feel free to take some stretches,

Some deep sighing breaths.

Take your to-do list and anything that doesn't serve you right now and imagine you're stuffing them into a backpack,

You're zipping up the backpack,

And now setting it outside your door.

Now begin to deepen your breath in and out through the nose.

Feel your feet and bottom supported by the surface beneath you.

Let's find one sound in your environment,

Just pulling it into this experience.

Notice where your body is in this moment.

Starting at the crown of the head,

Slowly working your way down,

Just accepting your body and mind in this moment without trying to fix anything or judge.

Let's begin to deepen the breath now.

I want you to imagine your lungs are a pitcher of water.

This pitcher of water is crystal.

The water is pure and clear and clean.

It's been blessed by a holy person.

You can't see the dancing energy,

But it's there,

Ready and waiting to heal you.

Imagine that pitcher of water is filling up your lungs from the bottom up to your collarbones.

Slow,

Deep,

Saturating inhale,

And you're exhaling.

Imagine that pitcher of water pouring the water out from the collarbones down to your belly.

Keep traveling with the breath as you visualize the pitcher of pure,

Blessed water.

Pouring in,

Pouring out,

Without rushing,

Allowing that water and all the positive energy to be absorbed into your lungs,

Into your organs,

Into the spaces in between your organs,

In your muscles,

Connective tissue,

Your blood,

Your brain,

Your bones,

And your skin.

Deep cleansing,

Saturating breaths.

Now continuing this expansive breath,

Bring your awareness into your heart center.

Set your intention for today's meditation.

What do you want?

What do you want to walk away with?

Now imagine that intention is held inside a balloon and you're holding the string.

Let it go and it releases up into the ethers.

Bring your awareness into that deepened breath.

And now let's shift into the primordial sound mantra,

SO HUM.

SO HUM is the equivalent of I AM.

Inhale SO,

Exhale HUM.

Inhale SO,

Exhale HUM.

SO HUM.

Maintaining that deep,

Expansive breath with SO HUM.

I'll watch the time and I'll call you back when time is up.

With your eyes closed,

Release the mantra.

Continue resting comfortably.

Resting in presence,

Resting in a sense of being,

Resting in I AM.

Now bring your hands together in prayer pose.

Let's first acknowledge ourselves for taking the time to sit and be,

To marinate in I AM.

Let's send thanks and blessings all around the globe.

Let's thank divine energy for this moment in time.

Take one deep,

Final cleansing breath.

Namaste.
