Exhale through the mouth and just do that again.
Every time you inhale through the nostrils,
It's a little slower.
Exhale through the mouth,
Slowing down,
Imagining every inhale takes in life force,
Healing life force,
And every exhale expels something you no longer need,
Taking in the nourishment of the universe,
Slowing the breath,
And now shift your awareness to your heart center,
Your heart chakra.
It is a brilliant green ball of light,
As bright as the sun,
It's a radiating green light.
And with every inhale,
That light gets bigger and brighter,
Bigger,
Bigger,
So that you are actually inside the green light,
It is infused in every part of your body,
Every cell,
And you're radiating green light out.
Just rest for a moment in that protective and loving green light.
Now release that visualization,
Keeping your awareness in your heart center,
We're going to ask a series of soul questions,
Questions directed at ourselves.
After each question,
Just wait for the answer to come effortlessly.
Let it arise,
Let it be what it needs to be,
Don't force it,
And you're going to repeat each question silently after me.
The first question is,
Who am I?
Who am I really?
Just waiting for the answer to come.
It may surprise you,
Let it be.
The next question is,
What do I need to release right now?
The next question,
What does self love mean?
And now we're going to go into a darker place.
Imagine there's a door in your heart,
And you step through it inside,
It's very dark,
It's night.
It's a calming feeling to be in this darkness,
But it is dark.
And in this darkness,
You're going to ask some deeper questions.
The answer may surprise you,
Don't be thrown off,
Just let it come.
Let's sit with it and let it be.
The first question in the darkness,
Where do I need to heal?
And the last question,
How does my twin flame mirror my deepest wounds?
And now,
Imagine gathering all the questions and the answers in the palms of your hands,
And just release them up into the universe,
Let them drift away,
Trusting that unseen forces are helping you heal and understand yourself,
Just letting go of all of that.
And now we're going to repeat a mantra.
So silently to yourself,
Repeat the mantra,

It's very short.

Just remember anytime your mind wanders to some thought,
Or something on your mind,
Just bring it gently back to the mantra,
Bring your awareness back to the mantra.
Now release the mantra for the next minute or so.
Just rest in silence,
Rest in awareness,
Rest in being,
And now bring your awareness back to where we began,
But before opening your eyes,
Just repeat these affirmations silently after me,
Joyful,
Energetic body,
Peaceful,
Alert mind,
Loving,
Compassionate heart,
Lightness of being,
And when you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes.
