Hi,

I'm Emily and this is your short meditation for inner wisdom.

So make sure you're in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath and let it out slowly and effortlessly.

Do that two more times.

Feeling your breath slowing down.

Now imagine there's a door in your heart and you go into your heart space and you enter that door.

Stepping inside.

Immediately you feel that that is a place where your thoughts,

Judgments,

Worries have been left behind and in there you can feel what's real,

What's true.

Just take a moment to look around yourself in that heart space.

See what is there.

Take stock.

How is it manifesting for you?

Is it a room?

Is it a field?

Is it a garden?

A beach?

It's uniquely yours.

That's a place of truth and wisdom and knowledge.

Just take it and just be for a moment there.

In this place you are strong because you know the truth.

You're in a place where anything outside doesn't have a relation to what is going on in here.

And you're in the heart space so let's ask some questions in your mind.

Ask who am I?

Who am I?

Just wait for the answer to come.

Now ask what do I know is true?

And now ask how can I live this truth fully?

And now take these answers that you've gained and release them into the flow of the universe just surrendering them knowing that they are real but they don't have to be held onto.

And now take a few moments to trust yourself.

Just embody that trust.

Say silently to yourself,

I trust myself.

And then be in that for a minute.

And now take a few moments to trust yourself.

And now it's time to bring our awareness back to where we started without opening your eyes.

Just repeat these affirmations silently to yourself.

Knowing compassionate heart,

Joyful energetic body,

Peaceful alert mind,

Lightness of being.

And when you're ready,

Start to move your fingers and your toes and slowly open your eyes.

And I hope this brings you joy,

Truth,

And awareness to the rest of your day.
