Welcome to your quick meditation for personal power and focus,

Self-love,

Creativity.

Make sure you're in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes and just drop into the quality of your breath.

Connect with that cycle of giving and receiving through your exhale,

You're releasing what no longer serves you.

Through your inhale,

You're receiving the nourishment of the world.

As your breath slows,

Just begin to feel the stillness and the silence.

And introduce a mantra.

Really say to yourself,

I know who I am.

Just repeating that mantra,

I am,

For a few more cycles.

I am.

And just imagine in your solar plexus area,

In your lower chest,

There is a ball of light.

It's yellow like the sun.

Just imagine it radiating and giving out the energy of personal power.

And every inhale makes this ball of light grow larger.

With every inhale,

It begins to expand.

And soon you're inside it.

And in here,

You feel secure.

You feel your power.

You feel the power to change your situation,

The power to create and grow,

The power to heal from within.

In this power,

You know who you are.

You know exactly who you are and what you offer.

So just dissolve into that yellow ball of light now for a moment,

Letting yourself drift into your power.

Before we open our eyes,

We are going to open our eyes to the sound of the bell.

Open your eyes.

Just repeat these affirmations after me silently to yourself.

Joyful energetic body.

Clear alert mind.

Lightness of being.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.
