Hi,

I'm Emily and welcome to your quick guided meditation to realign yourself with your heart center and your heart purpose.

So just make sure you're in a comfortable position and bring your awareness to the cycle of your breath,

That endless cycle of receiving and releasing.

For every inhale you receive what the universe has to offer you and on every exhale you release what no longer serves.

You feel your breath slowing down.

On the next inhale just pause at the top of your breath for two seconds and on the exhale do the same.

So inhale,

One,

Two,

Exhale,

One,

Two.

Just repeat that a few more times.

Every time you pause feeling expansion.

And you bring awareness to your heart area,

Your physical heart and your energetic heart.

And imagine a green ball of light there revolving,

Radiating,

Glowing,

Your heart energy expanding and shining itself on your surroundings.

And here is a place where you feel instead of think you understand at a heart level.

So let's go deeper.

Just silently to yourself repeat some soul questions and after each question just wait for the answer without expectation.

Wait for it to come to you.

First question.

Who am I?

What do I desire?

What do I really desire?

What is my heart purpose?

My greatest purpose.

What abundance do I have in my life right now?

And what am I grateful for?

So now that you have all of these answers let's pause on gratitude and just visualize what you are grateful for.

Love into it for a few moments becoming it.

Love into it for a few moments becoming it.

Bring that gratitude with you wherever you go today.

Knowing that you already have everything you need.

That your life is beautiful.

And before we open our eyes just repeat some silent affirmations after me.

Joyful energetic body.

Clear alert mind.

Lightness of being.

Sat-Chit-Ananda.

Truth consciousness bliss.

Thank you for joining me for this meditation.

I hope it heals you in some way.

Namaste.
