I'm going to guide you through a visualization that will help bring inner and outer peace.
Let's start.
Close your eyes.
Take in a deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Do that again.
In through the nostrils and exhale through the mouth.
Do that a few more times at your own pace.
Each time slowing down a little bit.
Becoming aware that with every exhale your heart rate slows down.
You're falling into a deeper state of relaxation.
Try to free your mind of all fear,
Worries,
Stress and anxieties.
Clear your mind.
Let go of all the things you were thinking about before we started.
And now find your energetic center in the heart.
This is your peace center.
We're going to use the heart as a transmitter.
It's an electromagnetic field that extends far beyond your body and it can send messages and affect living creatures,
Consciousness all over the world.
You are powerful and your heart vibration can make change.
Your heart is a ball of energy.
See your heart chakra.
Visualize it in the center of your chest.
It's a green ball of light,
As bright as the sun,
Radiating green energy outward,
Rotating and pulsating with love energy.
The overwhelming love and compassion comes from your heart.
It's overflowing.
And now send this energy and vibration of love out to humanity.
Let it pervade the world around you.
Focus its radiance on the world leaders who are making decisions for the rest of us right now.
Find them with your heart.
Send them this feeling of irresistible divine love.
There must be no hesitation.
This love is the birthright of all living creatures.
Indiscriminately send your compassion outward.
Send love now to those suffering from war.
Send your inner sense of peace out to all the displaced people and refugees.
And now let's shift our awareness to pray for peace.
Radiate peace outward.
Let's feel all of our energy connecting.
Everyone meditating for world peace right now.
Find them.
Connect.
Share this feeling of love and desire for a better world.
Visualize clearly a world of peace,
Prosperity,
Justice and harmony.
A perfect world society.
This is utopia.
In your mind,
Walk its streets.
Take it in.
Feel what it feels like to live in utopia.
Observe this feeling.
Embody the world peace.
Ask yourself,
What would this world look like?
How would it feel to be in utopia?
Without wars,
Without hate,
Without destruction,
What would you be doing?
What would your role be in such a world?
What would fulfill you?
And now,
What would humanity achieve in such times of peace?
See this in your mind.
And allow yourself to embody the feeling of humanity's success and prosperity.
Explore this world.
Let your personal energy settle into utopia.
And now,
Sit in silence and prayer for peace.
Let's take a few minutes to focus on this energy.
May all beings be happy.
May all beings be happy.

And now,
Bring your awareness gently back to where we began.
But before opening your eyes,
Silently repeat these affirmations.
Joyful,
Energetic body.
