Welcome to your manifestation guided meditation.
I'm Emily and we're going to focus on gratitude as I guide you through some visualizations to help you increase joy and abundance in your life.
So let's get started.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath through the nose and then exhale through the mouth.
Do that again in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Doing that again a few more times at your own pace but each time slowing down a little bit,
Dropping into a deeper state of relaxation and perhaps you can feel your heart rate slowing down a little each time you exhale.
And now that you find yourself at ease,
You can see a doorway in your heart.
So shift your awareness to your chest,
Your heart chakra and you're going to go through this doorway,
Cross the threshold into your heart space and what do you see there?
There's a beautiful art gallery.
You are feeling completely at ease,
Relaxed and as you walk through the displays in this gallery you notice that all of the pieces on display in this exhibition depict the wonderful things happening in your life right now.
It is a gallery about you and the things you have to be grateful for.
You stop in front of each one and focus carefully on them individually,
Carefully analyzing what each piece is showing you.
These things have created joy,
Love and abundance in your life and they are still creating more of it.
These are snapshots of the happiness you already have.
What do you see?
Do you see your family life or your co-workers,
The achievements you've made in your career,
The achievements you've made as a parent or a child?
Do you see the nature that surrounds you that is always at your fingertips?
These things have created love,
Joy and abundance in your life.
You always have the ability to tap into divine source or to immerse yourself in natural beauty and if anything you always have the sun shining every day.
There's always a tomorrow.
But in this art gallery you're seeing snippets,
Slices in time that are depicted in sculptures and paintings and interactive art to show you all of the good things that are already happening to you.
All of the relationships you have,
All of the abundance you currently have.
There's nothing here showing want or lack that is all positive,
Joyous and expansive.
And then you see there's a door in this gallery room that leads to a second room of the gallery.
You walk through that doorway and in this other room there's a whole different theme.
The pieces are different that are on display.
You see that they aren't just what you have right now but the possibilities of what might be.
As you stop in front of each gallery piece just as you did in the previous room,
The details of these depictions interest you.
The images here fill your heart with tangible joy.
Things that can and will happen to you.
Abundance that will grow.
Love that will find you.
All the things you wish for.
You can see what life would be like if you had no fears.
And most importantly you can feel it.
What does it look like?
What does each situation that you see here feel like?
The possibilities are endless aren't they?
Each of these situations is possible in your mind,
In your heart.
Therefore they are also possible in the world.
Whenever a thought arises with an objection to this idea in your mind,
Silently tell it,
I'm sorry but you're wrong and you have no power over me.
Keep that in your back pocket and remember it whenever your mind flows to more negative space in your daily life.
There's no limitations and there will always be enough.
Miracles happen.
Things can turn around at any moment.
Hope is at your doorstep.
You just have to open the door.
And now we're going to release this art gallery visualization.
So come back through the doorway to the first room and then enter back through the original doorway of your heart.
Letting the art gallery fade away but knowing that it's always there when you need it.
And you're back in your heart space.
Your focus and awareness is here.
And we're going to ask ourselves a series of soul questions.
Repeat each question silently in your mind and then wait for the answer to arise organically without forcing it.
The first question is,
Who am I?
The answer may surprise you,
Don't fight it,
Just let it come.
The next question is,
What is my deepest desire?
The last question is,
What limiting thoughts do I need to release to achieve what I desire?
And now we're going to gather all the questions and the answers we just explored.
Imagining them in the palms of our hands.
Release them up into the universe.
Watching them fade away.
Trusting that unseen forces are organizing them for you.
We're clearing everything away so that we can enter into a few minutes of silent meditation.
So now,
Just exist.
Now bring your awareness back to where we began.
But before opening your eyes,
Silently repeat these affirmations.
Joyful energetic body.
Peaceful alert mind.
Loving compassionate heart.
Lightness of being.
Let's also send out a prayer.
May all beings manifest their best lives.
