This is a short EFT tapping practice focused on visibility and supporting you to shift
out of the beliefs that you are unseen or invisible and into more empowering beliefs
that you are seen and valued.
We'll run through three rounds of tapping with the first round setting up the unhelpful
beliefs and the following two rounds focusing on encouraging more helpful beliefs.
I will guide you where to tap along the way.
I will repeat the sentences twice and you can choose to repeat them to yourself with
me or simply listen to my voice as you tap.
Find a comfortable and relaxed position either seated or lying down and when you're ready
slowly close your eyes.
