Hi my friends,
Hope you are doing well.
And through this meditation,
We will practice slowly and gently release the tension on the body and also in our mind.
And if it's possible,
You can find a very comfortable posture and you can choose to lie down and lie down on your bed or on the couch.
If you prefer to sit,
It's also okay.
So when you feel ready,
I'm inviting you to take a deep breath,
Breathing in and breathing out,
And coming to this moment,
Coming back to this body.
Maybe one more breath,
Breathing in and breathing out,
And releasing the tension on the body.
And you might become very curious about the body,
Where do you feel very tight?
Like maybe your face,
The forehead,
Maybe the shoulders.
We probably used to hold our shoulders,
And maybe the hands,
You can release the tension on your hands or the feet,
Feeling the toes,
The soles of your feet,
The heels,
And releasing.
If you are holding,
You are squeezing,
Just letting go.
As you slowly release the tension of your body,
And you might feel a little bit lighter,
And the more you can let go,
The more ease you can feel,
Like a white cloud floating in the blue sky.
I'm inviting you now to take one more deep breath,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Letting go of the thoughts in the mind,
And letting go of this thinking mind,
Here is letting go,
It doesn't mean we suppress or avoid them.
It comes from the understanding and the compassion,
Because we know the more we can let go of our thinking mind,
And the more freedom we can get,
The more clarity we might experience.
So breathing in,
And breathing out,
And releasing all the tension in the mind,
And sometimes it could be difficult to release the thoughts,
We might incorporate with our breath,
And breathing in,
Breathing out,
Releasing,
And feeling the full direction of your in-breath,
And the full direction of your out-breath,
And breathing in,
And breathing out,
Bringing yourself back to the moment,
This moment.
And as the meditation comes to the end,
You may go back to the body,
And softening the whole body,
The posture,
Like a white cloud,
Floating in the blue sky,
Free and at ease.
Thank you.
