Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
Before we begin,
Find a comfortable place where you can feel safe,
Warm and secure.
Make sure this place is quiet.
And now choose whether you want to sit on a chair,
On the floor or you can choose to lay down as well.
Make sure you keep a tall spine if you are sitting and place your hands on your lap.
Once you feel comfortable,
Take three cleansing breaths.
Inhale through the nose,
Exhale through the mouth.
Inhale through the nose,
Exhale through the mouth.
Allow your eyes to close or also you can choose to keep them open.
And begin to sense the energy in your body as you continue to breathe in and out of your nose,
Allowing your breath to go back to normal.
Keep your attention in your body.
Slowly bring your hands to your belly a few inches below the navel.
And imagine that your belly is a balloon.
Every time that you inhale,
This balloon inflates.
And every time that you exhale,
The balloon deflates.
Inhale through your nose,
Exhale through your nose.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Let go of any thoughts that do not serve you at this time.
And continue to relax your body to focus on your breath.
As you do this,
Keep your attention focused at the tip of your nose and allow your mind to continue to be clear,
Present for you in this moment.
If any unwanted thoughts come to mind,
Acknowledge them and let them pass and refocus your attention to your breathing.
Slowly shift your attention from your breath to your hands.
Your hands are covering your sacral chakra in this moment.
Imagine that your hands are creating heat and that heat is transferring into your sacral chakra.
Imagine an orange light right under your hands and that light is expanding as you breathe in and out.
With every inhale,
The light becomes brighter and shinier.
And with every exhale,
You begin to let go of any blocks,
Anything that may be covering you,
Covering your creativity,
Your sexual expression.
Inhale and expand that light in your sacral chakra.
The orange light is becoming bigger and bigger.
As you exhale,
Let go of any blocks.
And now imagine that light circling clockwise,
Opening bigger and bigger,
Expanding so much that it's starting to cover most of your body.
And completely allow it to take you to a place where you can discover your creativity,
Your powers,
Your sexual desires without any shame.
Allow yourself to be who you are.
Expand,
Expand.
Continue to focus your attention in this area and take your attention outside your body as well.
Notice how that light is expanding outside of you,
Growing even bigger,
Taking away anything that's holding you back.
Allow it to shine,
To shine outside of you and inside you.
This light is soothing and very shiny.
Allow it to expand,
Bringing you unlimited creativity,
Unlimited power to do as you want.
Let it bring ease to your life,
Bring you confidence.
Breathe deep into your sacral chakra.
Allow it to be fluid and free.
Inhale all of that confidence,
The power within you that you bring out to the world.
Exhale anything that does not serve you.
Surrender to the flow of your sacral chakra.
Continue to visualize it getting bigger and bigger and warmer and brighter.
Let it become intense.
Feel the joy.
Feel yourself feeling yourself with more creativity and confidence.
And let it expand all over your body.
Let that orange light continue throughout your entire self.
And then in your mind's voice,
Repeat the following affirmations from this place of brightness,
Of fullness.
You say,
I have the right to express my desires to myself and others.
I am moving towards happiness and fulfillment.
Life offers me everything I need for my journey.
I am worthy of love and pleasure.
I live in joy.
My life is unfolding as it should.
And I let myself go with the flow.
I honor my body in every way.
And I love it as it is.
I am confident.
I am powerful.
I am fearless.
Allow those affirmations to sink into your subconscious mind with gratitude and grace.
Let it penetrate each of your cells.
Allow the orange light to continue to shine and also penetrate each of your cells.
Taking a moment here to remain quiet.
To continue to feel and visualize yourself as the person that you want to see.
Fully engaged in this life experience.
Slowly begin to bring your attention to your breath.
Notice your energy.
Notice if anything has shifted.
Then slowly take a deep inhale.
Taking your time and exhale fully.
Allow your eyes to open.
Today it's a new day and you have the chance to make it count.
And don't forget to carry the light out into the world.
