This is a short guided breathing relaxation where you can surrender, let go and relax in your breath to reach a state of lasting relaxation. You can do this short meditation anytime you feel like you need a break from the day-to-day stressors or when you want to give your mind and soul a break to reconnect with yourself. Find a place where you feel comfortable and you can find a seated position or you can also lie down Anything that is more comfortable for you You make the choices here Once you are comfortable,

Find your breath Take a deep inhale through your nose and exhale it through your mouth Inhale through the nose,

Exhale through the mouth Taking one more breath,

Inhale,

Exhale Notice where you are at Notice where you find yourself Pay attention to your body,

To this moment Pay attention to your breath,

To the movement that the breath causes in your body Let go of any thoughts that do not serve you in this moment Anything that you want to put aside just for a few minutes so you can take this moment to relax,

To be in your presence alone,

In silence,

Within Inhale,

Exhale Let your breath be okay the way it is Don't change anything,

Just let it be But pay attention to it Allow it to bring you to a place of relaxation Let the breath carry you where you need to be And if any thoughts come up,

Observe them But don't get caught up in the story,

The narrative Just let it go,

Just for this moment This moment is for you and you alone Find that stillness within you Find it through the breath Continue to allow your breath to fill in you with oxygen,

With love,

With any intention that you set up for yourself Take a moment to think of something that you want to dedicate this breath to Do you want to dedicate it to yourself or to someone that may need it?

And just allow it to take over Allow the breath be present with your breath Surrender to what is Surrender to your breath This is no time to try to change anything Just allow it to happen organically Letting go,

Surrendering to what is at this moment You are able to relax You deserve relaxation Drifting deeper and deeper into relaxation Allow your breath to flow through you Allow it to bring you the peace,

Calmness,

Happiness that you yearned for And let go,
