Take a nice couple of deep breaths in your own rhythm.
Adjust your posture until you're comfortable.
And come with me on a journey to the transformation of fear.
I want you to recall or think about something that has scared you in the past or might scare you in the future or even now.
It could be physical fear,
It could be financial,
It could be emotional,
It could be for someone else,
For your children,
If you're a parent,
Or your friends,
Or your city.
Just find something that is clearly the experience of fear.
And whatever this something is,
I want you to reduce it to its elements.
By that I mean,
Don't think of the situation or the person or the disaster or the pain.
Don't think of the specifics.
Pull back from that to how's your body feeling when you're feeling scared.
Where in your body do you feel fear?
And how's hold fear somewhere?
Somewhere in our physical and emotional bodies.
Take a moment.
And as you locate that spot or spots,
What do you feel the vibration of fear?
What does that feel like?
What really is that feeling you got for your chest or somewhere else in your body?
For fear,
Like anything else,
Is at the end of the day a series of vibrational patterns.
I want you to see what you're feeling this fear.
You can just feel it as a vibratory tone,
Challenging,
Contracting perhaps,
Tight perhaps,
Constricting.
Certainly not anything pleasant.
But if fear is a vibratory tone,
Then we can transform it.
So imagine now that this fear represents itself in lines of force that indeed are tight and constricted and conflicted and chaotic.
But as you pour your consciousness and your attention towards them,
They start to smooth out.
They start to slow down.
There's to be more space between them.
And ask for help with this,
Whatever you believe in,
Friends,
Family,
Higher power,
Something larger than yourself,
Ask for help on this journey.
And see these lines of force and energy start to become smooth and not jagged and harmonious and not conflicting and sweet and not sour.
So the pain transform to openness and light,
To a way forward,
Not dominated by fear.
And breathe.
Take a nice couple of deep breaths again.
Breathe the fear out.
Breathe light and openness in.
Breathe the fear out.
And light and openness in.
And any time you feel fear,
Do that.
Remember this journey.
Your fear is the withdrawing into ourselves,
The mental,
Emotional,
Physical constraint that makes things worse than they are.
That we see through fear,
We filter through fear.
What fear transformed is the opening of these energy patterns and these lines to learn whatever lessons you need to learn to become stronger,
To be courageous in spite of fear.
Whatever your particular journey may be,
Whatever the reasons are for why you have placed fear in your life or others have.
Breathe in again and breathe in light.
And that light transforms these lines of force so they're open,
Celebratory,
And not at all fearful.
Know that you can transform fear if you turn your attention to it.
Let all that go.
Come back into the room and have a wonderful day.
