Take a nice couple of deep breaths in your own rhythm,
Please.
Feel that oxygen coming into your bloodstream as you settle into your body.
Get comfortable in your chair or whatever your posture is.
And come with me today on a journey to the symphony of emotions.
We all have many kinds of emotions,
Wide ranging.
Some dominate,
Some are occasional.
But we all have a wide range of emotions.
And human beings,
As a species,
Have a very wide range of emotions.
Perhaps they're different in different cultures,
Or different kinds of families,
Or different communities,
Depending on their stories and histories.
But the variety is stupendous.
It's amazing.
Just for a moment,
Imagine your own range of emotions.
Even today,
Or even this week,
Or even this year.
Happy,
Sad,
Sorrow,
Joy,
Delight,
Indifference.
Go ahead,
Take a moment,
And just discover the range,
The spectrum,
Of your own emotional body and all its variety and beauty.
And perhaps for you there might be color or sound attached to those emotions,
Let that be.
Just take a moment.
And maybe some of these emotions are more obvious and easier to see than others or feel than others.
That's okay.
Well,
I suspect you have as wide a range of emotions as everyone else,
But you may not realize that.
But imagine that you do.
Imagine that you're somehow up above your own body now,
Looking down and looking at what some practices call the emotional body.
Just outside of the skin,
Connected to but different from the mental body.
And imagine that the emotional body is in fact a ripple,
A rainbow of colors,
Shifting,
Now red,
Now green,
Now yellow,
Now infinite varieties of all of the above.
And imagine that there's a sound,
That every single emotion has not only a color or several colors or many colors,
But sounds,
Many sounds.
And take a moment and see if you can hear them,
So to speak.
And if you wish,
Dive around your body,
Underground,
Up above,
Side to side,
To look at all the various aspects of these emotions as they play out in front of you.
And you might learn something.
Perhaps there are some colors and sounds that are more dominant or frequent or others that are suppressed.
And see if you can give them free rein.
See if you can let them just play on.
Almost like an orchestra that's suddenly released from the music page and told to improvise and riff and play whatever note,
Whatever song they feel like playing.
Or perhaps for a moment,
Your emotional body is a little bit chaotic because new colors and new sounds emerge.
But likely,
There's going to be a rhythm and a pattern in which all your emotions,
So-called negative,
So-called positive,
Become harmonious.
Harmonies are serving you and your growth.
See if you can feel that now as you watch this unfolding beauty in front of you to hear this amazing new song of the full spectrum of your emotional reality.
And now think about how that can be impacting others.
The more you give your emotions free rein and detachment and full expression and possibility to help you grow and learn,
The more it inspires others to do the same.
And now imagine a bunch of other people above their emotional bodies watching their emotional bodies,
Their rainbow bodies,
Just so to speak,
Learning the same thing,
Letting the same music evolve.
And then imagine people learning to let their emotional bodies harmonize with other emotional bodies.
It doesn't matter what the emotion is.
You're angry someone hears it and accepts it until you're not angry.
You're happy somebody hears it and accepts it and enjoys your happiness.
Just see now a whole bunch of emotional bodies floating around the planet in some magical,
Hard to express,
In words,
Harmony of sound and light,
Humanity growing to its next level of consciousness,
And letting the emotions be a vital critical part of that evolution.
You feel it now.
You feel the rising vibration of impact of that in your whole being.
In a sense,
The music gets louder and stronger and more beautiful,
The colors more exquisite.
Imagine learning to live this way all the time,
Every day,
Every moment,
In exquisite harmony with your own being and all the elements of yourself,
Denying nothing,
Accepting everything,
Letting emotions lead you to whatever they're wishing to teach you,
And helping others do the same.
The rainbow bodies,
The rainbow emotional bodies,
The musical orchestras of our range of feelings and sensibilities,
Singing Find Me One song in shared harmony.
And when you're ready,
Give thanks,
Come back into the room,
And have a wonderful day.
