Journey to The Song of Owls

• “WACURI™ - Journey to The Song of Owls" is a five-minute guided visualization that invites you to contemplate a deep sonic heart relationshop with the wise owl, a key being in mythology and symbolism.

• This journey is led by Dan Spinner, a 30-year Life Coach, Aikido Master and Mindfulness Teacher, who was the CEO for the Deepak Chopra Foundation, and advisor to other organizations dedicated to positive change..

• Like other Wacuri™ journeys, the goal is to enable busy modern people to build the habit of quickly dropping into a deep state of connectedness with self, others and the sacred universe.

• Wacuri™ is short for “Wake Up Curious,” and is a method of five-minute guided social meditation – followed by deep sharing among the participants – developed by Dan and his partners in Wacuri.

So lovely! An owl has been perching outside my bedroom window. It is a lovely journey this meditation took me on.

wonderful! i cried!

The narrator’s audio quality isn’t the greatest, but I still enjoyed the meditation immensely. I don’t think the audio took away from the meditation at all. Very good — I’ll be listening to again.
