Let's have a look why we feel more peaceful and calmer after a meditation practice.
There are 5 types of brain waves and each stands for a particular activity.
Our brain waves fluctuate according to what you do and feel.
When we do meditation correctly,
There is a process known as brain synchronization happens.
There is a brain wave in both hemispheres of the brain synchronized together.
It can move the brain waves from a higher frequency to a lower frequency.
Thereby the meditation has the ability to change how you feel.
Also it have a positive effect on our mood,
Creativity,
Mental clarity and overall brain health.
That's what makes some days good day,
Some days bad day.
It is not just only the brain waves,
Which is also in ancient yogis as they say,
It also through meditation.
It increasing the prana,
The life force energy more and more to function our all different layers of the body.
We have annamaya kosha,
Prana maya kosha,
Manomaya kosha,
Vijnana maya kosha,
Anananda maya kosha.
Those are the 5 layers of our being.
So when the life force energy increase,
The heightened level of increased and if any challenges,
Any situation comes,
We are able to handle the situation more easily.
And some days the prana flow is very low.
You didn't done meditation or didn't done sleep well,
The prana is low.
And that day,
You know,
Even a small problem,
Small things come,
We get agitated,
Angry,
You know,
We make an emotional blast so quick,
We react so quick.
And that's what happens when the prana is low.
So when you do meditation,
One is your brain frequency goes down,
Brain synchronization happen.
And second,
It increase the level of prana,
The life force energy in your being,
Which gives you a mental,
Physical,
Emotional,
You know,
Strength to deal with the situation.
That's what makes some days good,
Some days bad,
It depend on the prana level,
It depend on the brain frequency.
So if you can sit in the morning and fix,
Increase the level of prana and fix the brain frequency to in a lower frequency,
The day will be great and you feel great.
And of course,
You will do great.
