If it is safe to do so,

Close your eyes gently.

Now draw in a deep breath in through the nose,

And out through the nose,

Letting go of all that no longer serves you.

Now imagine a warm,

White,

Peaceful light beginning to glow in your heart.

This warm,

White,

Peaceful light glows brighter as it begins to expand within your body.

It descends down your legs to your toes.

It extends up your shoulders,

Down your arms to your fingertips.

It moves up through your shoulder blades,

Up the back of your neck,

And fills your head.

This warm,

White,

Peaceful light now illuminates every cell and fibre of your being.

You are glowing within.

There are no areas of darkness within.

Now feel this warm,

White,

Peaceful light expand further until it extends to an area of about 30 centimetres or a foot outside your body.

It envelops you.

It surrounds you and comforts you.

It is warm,

White,

Glowing and peaceful.

You are now floating in this warm,

White,

Peaceful light.

Now you feel yourself within this warm,

White,

Peaceful light slowly dissolving.

Your edges are dissolving.

The edges are disappearing into the warm,

White,

Peaceful light.

You are becoming the warm,

White,

Peaceful light.

Now you can stay here in the warm,

White,

Peaceful light where you can gently open your eyes and carry this with you during your day.

You are now discovering that you can come back to the warm,

White,

Peaceful light any time your edges start to reappear.
