So this is part two of a scripting technique that I've been using for a while.
Probably about two years now.
I actually have been using it for much longer than that,
But only recently realized what an impact it's made on my life.
Scripting involves writing about what you want to manifest in your life,
But writing from a place of actually feeling it.
And what does it mean to actually feel it?
It means you focus on not what you're feeling right now.
Maybe you're having a bad day right now,
But how would you feel if that manifestation came true?
Think about it like it's already happened.
For example,
Myself personally,
Who struggles with weight often,
I can't think about how I'm going to feel if I lose the weight.
I have to think about how I feel when the weight is off.
How I move,
How excited I am to shop,
How happy I am to just walk without knees hurting,
Without feeling slow.
Just that healthy feeling.
And I've realized that if you've never had it,
It might be a little harder to tap into.
I've had moments in my life where I've been at a weight where I felt really great,
And obviously that's a huge help,
But there was a time when I didn't know what that felt like.
But I used to think about it.
I used to think about how great I would feel,
How good it was to walk,
To drink water,
To eat healthy,
To go out and socialize and not be worrying about what was I wearing,
Did I look good,
Did I feel good,
Just focusing on how good I felt in that body.
And I'm not talking about a perfect body because I don't believe that exists.
I'm talking about the body that makes me feel good,
Makes me feel comfortable.
That's the feeling that you have to tap into in order to script and manifest.
And I admit I'm not always there,
But I keep working at it,
And I believe anybody can work at it if you really want it.
Not too long ago,
My son was looking for a job,
And I kept focusing on how great it was that he had this job,
His great salary,
His great benefits,
How happy he was.
I made that the focus of my scripting probably for about three or four days because he'd been looking for a job for a couple of weeks.
And that week,
He called me and told me he was so excited he got his dream job.
I'm excited for him,
I'm excited for what the future will bring,
And I realize that wasn't so much about me but about someone close to me.
But I'm just fascinated by the fact that it can work for us or it can work for someone that we love,
But it's important to make sure that what you want is aligning with what that other person wants as well.
Basically,
I wouldn't be asking for a job for him or scripting for something that he wanted unless I knew it was something he really wanted,
And in this case,
That's exactly what I did.
I knew what he wanted.
He'd shared a lot of conversations with me about this topic and this job and a big career change he was going to make,
And that's what I scripted and that's what he got.
So today,
I suggest we spend a few minutes thinking about what we want,
Tapping into what we want to script,
What we want to manifest,
And just take a few minutes.
I'm going to put about two minutes on the clock and do some scripting.
Just write whatever comes into your mind.
Write whatever you're feeling,
Whatever you want to see in your life,
And picture it as if it's happened and write about it as if it's happening right now.
Let that be your focus.
So there you have it,
Friends.
That was about two minutes.
Feel free to do a little more when this is done if you want,
But let's get into the habit of doing this together every day,
And I know every day might not always be possible,
But you'd be surprised at how easily you can work a couple of minutes into every morning,
Maybe right after you wake up,
Which is when I do it.
Just sit,
Quietly think,
Maybe have a little bit of ambient music in the background,
My favorite thing to do,
And focus.
Make it your first thing in the morning before you brush your teeth,
Before you get out of bed.
Looking forward to spending more time with you and more techniques and more tips so we can script and manifest our best life.
Thank you.
