Victoria Fontana is a mindfulness and compassion teacher, executive coach, and founder of Mindgazing. Her teaching is grounded in a simple but often overlooked insight: much of our stress comes not only from what happens, but from the way we relate to it. Through mindfulness and compassion practices, she helps people recognize these patterns, soften the inner critic, and develop the capacity to respond more wisely to life. Her approach is experiential and inquiry-based, inviting people to explore their own experience rather than adopt fixed answers. She explores these patterns further in her podcast, No User Manual: For Life Without Instructions, where she looks at how the mind shapes the way we think, react, and relate to the world. Her work sits at the intersection of contemplative practice, contemplative psychotherapy, and coaching. She holds an MSc in Mindfulness-Based Approaches from Bangor University and trained in Contemplative Psychotherapy with the Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science. She is a certified teacher of mindfulness-based programs including MBSR, MBCT, and CBRT. She teaches internationally through organizations including IE University and the Mindfulness and Health Institute, and works as an executive coach with Harvard Business School.
