Welcome to this spring equinox meditation.
I invite you to close your eyes.
Closing down your eyes and taking a breath in.
And out.
And even with just taking a breath in and out.
Feeling the equanimity of your inhale and your exhale Feeling that you couldn't live without either.
You need your inhale.
And you need your exhale.
Feeling the beauty of that as you breathe each one.
Inhaling.
And exhaling.
Inhaling.
And exhaling.
Breathing at your own pace.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Feeling The rhythm.
Of your own breath.
Guiding your awareness.
Inside of you inhaling And exhaling.
Inhaling And exhaling.
Feeling as you breathe.
That one is not good and one is not bad.
Even though they are different.
They are both needed.
Breathing in,
Feeling your body open and receive on your inhale.
And breathing out,
Feeling your body soften and release on your exhale.
As you inhale and exhale,
Feeling this beautiful moment we're in in the equinox the balance between night and day.
The balance between light and dark.
The balance between inhale and exhale.
Feeling this in your own system.
Feeling this balance.
Feeling this harmony.
Feeling that amidst your inhale and exhale,
There's a part of you that stays steady.
You don't lose yourself fully in your exhale and then have to crawl back into your inhale and then lose yourself in your inhale and have to flail into your exhale.
Feeling how there's a part of you that remains steady.
As you inhale and exhale.
Feeling that there's a part of you that can hold this balance.
Between these differences You move between.
Inhale.
Inhale Exhale.
There's a steadiness in you.
There's a rootedness in you.
That can hold this duality.
Feeling this in your own body.
Feeling this in your own system.
And feeling this in your life right now.
Things coming to an end.
And that's okay.
It's okay for certain things to come to an end.
Feeling the naturalness of the exhale.
And then other things are beginning.
Opening,
Blossoming.
And that's okay too.
Feeling the naturalness of the inhale.
Feeling this steadiness in yourself.
Not just amidst the duality of your own inhale and exhale,
But feeling this steadiness in yourself.
Amidst the duality within your life.
The duality within your human experience.
Feeling this steadiness in you here.
Letting go of all thoughts that you can't handle something letting go of all thoughts that you're imbalanced letting go of all thoughts that aren't supporting you,
Letting them all go.
Letting them blow away on a gust of wind.
Feeling how steady.
And anchors and rooted you are here.
I embrace the light and the dark.
I find true wholeness.
And peace in myself.
Through all,
I am anchored in truth.
Acknowledging this balance,
This harmony,
This rootedness.
And now,
We come into the celebration of spring.
The celebration of nature opening.
And blossoming after winter.
As you breathe in and out here,
I invite you to feel your own connection to nature.
Nature is not just something that you gaze at and say,
Oh,
How lovely are those flowers.
Nature is what you are a part of.
Your body itself is nature.
You are nature.
Breathing in and out and feeling this.
Feeling how as we celebrate spring,
We're celebrating spring in you.
We're celebrating blossoming in you.
We're celebrating opening in you.
Creativity in you,
Life force in you.
Breathing in and out and feeling this in yourself.
Feeling the bounty of the earth that you are a part of.
The sheer magnificence of it.
The inherent abundance of it.
Feeling this aliveness and this bounty of nature.
Continuing to breathe in and out here.
Letting yourself receive.
Spring affirmations that I will read now.
I choose to welcome new beginnings.
With the energy of a blossoming future.
Breathing in and out and letting yourself receive this.
I choose to welcome new beginnings.
With the energy of a blossoming future.
I see possibility and abundance.
Everywhere.
Breathing in and out and feeling this.
I see possibility and abundance everywhere.
I embrace the change that spring ushers into my life.
Breathing in and out and feeling this.
The safety of change.
I embrace the change that spring ushers into my life.
Just taking a few breaths here.
With yourself.
I'll just be quiet for a few moments and I'll just let you be.
With yourself,
In your own energy,
With your own in our guidance here.
Celebrating your own connection to your inner guidance.
Your own connection to your breath And now as we start to bring this.
Equinox meditation to a close.
I'm going to invite you to Say a blessing for yourself.
What do you want to bless yourself with?
What do you want to bless your life with?
Taking a moment here to say,
Either out loud or in your mind,
A blessing for yourself.
Now taking a moment to say a blessing for someone else.
Maybe it's somebody that you feel a lot of love towards that you want to say a blessing for.
Maybe it's somebody experiencing something very big in their human experience right now and you want to say a blessing for them.
Or maybe it's somebody that you.
.
.
Have a challenge with that you don't feel full harmony with in your life and you'd like to say a blessing for this other person.
Taking a moment here to say a blessing for someone else.
And now taking a moment to say a blessing for our world.
Now feeling all of these blessings that we've offered into this equinox circle These blessings for ourselves,
These blessings for other people,
For our world.
Feeling them all in this circle here.
And feeling our hearts charging all of them up.
Taking a few more breaths.
Feeling your beautiful breath.
Feeling this anchoredness in yourself.
Amidst the entirety of the human experience,
Feeling this anchoredness in yourself.
Feeling this celebration of spring,
Of newness,
Of creativity,
Of life force.
When you feel ready.
Opening your eyes.
Woohoo!
Celebrating spring.
Celebrating spring.
Wishing you a beautiful rest of your day.
Bye for now.
