Welcome to this beautiful new day.
My name is Victoria Bauman and I'm going to guide you through this morning meditation.
Remembering who you truly are.
So that you can move through your day feeling whole,
Feeling inspired.
And feeling connected.
I'll invite you to start by closing down your eyes.
And just by closing down your eyes,
Feeling the world around you soften.
And feeling your awareness.
Come inside of yourself.
Feeling your spine.
Strong and straight signifying that you are alert and awake.
And feeling your belly Soft.
And relax.
Signifying that you are calm.
And presence.
And we're going to take three breaths together here.
Accentuating your exhale.
Feeling that on your exhale,
You can release anything in your system that wants to release.
Anything you feel you're holding on to,
Anything that's feeling a bit heavy or even a bit stagnant.
Releasing it fully on your exhale.
Inhaling one.
And letting go.
Again inhaling And releasing fully.
And a third time,
Feeling how good that feels.
Inhaling fully.
And let it go.
Now coming to your natural breath again,
Feeling that space that you've opened up inside of you.
Feeling your mind soft.
Feeling yourself centered.
And feeling all of your awareness here in this present moment.
Nothing else needs your awareness right now.
You are allowed to be fully here right now with you.
And I invite you to bring your awareness.
To the root of your body,
Your root energy center.
Around the base of your spine.
Feeling yourself connected to the surface beneath you,
Whatever surface you're on right now.
Feeling that you are not Floating.
In the space that you're in.
Feeling that you are rooted You are on a surface.
Bringing your awareness to the part of your body that is making contact with the surface that you're on right now and feeling that point of connection.
As you feel this point of connection,
Feeling all of your energy come down into your body.
If your energy has been pinging up in your mind as a habit,
Feeling all of your energy drop right down into your body.
A sensation of landing.
A sensation of safety.
And anchoredness.
Taking several breaths here.
And feeling this experience.
This truth.
Of how rooted and anchored you are.
And with your awareness on the base of your spine again,
I invite you to either see visually or feel with your felt sense.
A root connecting your body to the earth.
Seeing or feeling.
A strong root.
Moving from your body right down into the earth.
And not just touching the surface of the earth.
But moving right down into the beautiful core of the earth.
Feeling yourself connected to our beautiful earth.
The source of life itself.
The source of all abundance.
All nourishment.
Vitality.
Feeling that you are not only connected to this source of life.
That you are a part.
Of this source of life.
This vibrancy that's pulsing through the earth.
Is also pulsing right up into your body.
We're going to take 10 breaths together here.
On every inhale.
Feeling this pulse of vitality moving from the earth.
Right up into your body.
Inhaling one.
Feeling that vitality entering your body.
And exhaling.
Inhaling two.
Inhaling three Four.
Bye.
Seven.
Feeling yourself flooding with life force.
Nine.
And ten.
You are pulsing with the energy of the earth.
You are full of the aliveness of the earth.
As you move through your day to day.
You have all of the energy that you need.
To experience and create everything that you want to experience and create.
From this rootedness,
I now invite you to bring your awareness to your heart area.
In the center of your chest.
Feeling this part of your body soft.
Vibrant,
And open Feeling not just how worthy you are,
Of receiving unconditional love.
But feeling yourself actually receiving unconditional love.
Feeling it wash over you.
Feeling your heart open.
Feeling love spill forth.
Washing over you.
This feeling of full acceptance of who you are.
Every past version of you.
And this present moment you Being fully accepted.
Every single detail of you.
Held in perfect love and acceptance.
Feeling the beauty of this.
The warmth of the Feeling a sense of excitement to be you.
Not only do you get to be fully accepted and fully held in love,
You also get the opportunity to be you in this world.
Feeling this excitement to be you today.
And now feeling this love that's exuding from your heart.
Washing over you.
Taking a moment to feel it face outward into the world.
That you accept every other human for who they are.
Doing the best they can.
Feeling a sense of harmony between you everything else that exists in this world.
And now bringing your awareness up to the top of your head.
And feeling a sense that there is a greater power that is completely benevolent.
That is bigger than you.
As an individual I.
Whatever wording you might use.
Unconditional love great spirit.
Universal consciousness.
God.
Whatever wording you might use.
Feelings.
This experience.
Of being connected.
To a benevolent,
Loving force.
That is bigger than you.
As an individual person Feeling the beauty of this.
Feeling the safety of this.
And feeling the limitlessness.
Of this.
You are rooted and safe.
You are held in perfect love and acceptance.
And you are part of a benevolent,
Limitless force.
Feeling this truth.
Thank you.
Inside of you with vibrancy.
In your body right now.
You You are about to begin another day as you on this earth.
This beautiful earth that is a canvas.
Of creation and possibility.
Feeling this sense of excitement.
And wide open possibility in your day ahead.
Feeling your breath coming in.
And feeling your breath Moving out.
Feeling yourself rooted and anchored in your body.
And rooted and anchored in who you are.
I'll now leave you a few moments to connect with your own inner guidance.
Letting yourself open into a receptive state.
Just curiously seeing if there's any inner guidance that wants to come through for you.
As you begin your day.
Feeling your breath come in And feeling your breath move out.
Feeling yourself rooted and anchored.
We give thanks that you exist.
We give thanks that you have another wonderful day ahead of you.
And when you feel ready,
Opening your eyes.
Hmm.
Thank you for taking this time to intentionally connect with yourself before going out into your day.
Thank you for existing.
Thank you for being you.
