Welcome to this meditation session.
I'm very excited for this particular meditation session with you because today we're going to connect you into your true self.
Your higher self.
The part of you that is beyond your mind,
Beyond your individual eye.
Whatever languaging you might use.
It's here.
Inside of you always and today we're going to connect you into it going to guide you into a receptive state And once you're in that receptive state,
I'm going to use some specific prompts to see what comes through for you.
And these prompts are designed to help you align your life.
To what feels most true for you.
And just.
Feeling the energy of this session that we're doing today.
The reason that I wanted to guide this is because we can feel a lot of shoulds in our field in our life we can feel a lot of shoulds sometimes they're coming from outside of us This idea of how one should live one's life the right way,
The wrong way,
The successful way,
The failure way.
There can be a lot of that external noise coming towards you about how you should live your life.
And then you can also have some noise in your own mind,
Chattering around personal expectations,
Things that you feel you should be doing.
And when we feel so much noise coming in from our own mind from outside of us,
We can lose touch with this part of us that.

.
Simply feels true.
This part of us that simply feels that this is my life.
This is how I want to live it.
This is how I want to spend my time.
This is what's meaningful for me.
This is what when I'm at the end of my days,
I will be so happy I did with my life.
We can lose touch with that voice.
When we're connected to that voice,
It can lead to a sense of alignment,
It can lead to a deep sense of purpose.
And it can also lead to a feeling of creativity.
Like we are expressing who we are in this world.
Like we're giving a piece of our heart to this world in the most beautiful way.
And so that's why I wanted to offer this meditation today to give you space to connect into your own alignment in this way and really feel for yourself.
How do I want to live my life?
What is my inner voice saying about how I want to express in this world?
I'm going to guide you into a receptive state.
And once we're in that receptive state,
I'm going to open some very specific prompts and we're going to see what comes through for you with those specific prompts.
And you can just be curious when we're going into a space like this.
We're not going in with pressure.
We're not going in with expectation.
We just are opening.
We're opening into receptivity and we're curious about what wants to come through.
This is your first time meditating with me.
Hello.
It's nice to connect with you.
My name is Victoria Bauman,
And I feel so strongly about you connecting into your own.
Doorway of connection with yourself.
I don't hold the doorway of truth for you.
No other human on this earth holds the doorway of truth for you.
You have your own connection point to what is true.
What feels most real,
Most alive for you.
And so the work I do is to connect you to you.
Sometimes we have some big blocks around that.
So some of the deeper work that I do is to help clear those blocks.
And then sometimes we just need spaces where we feel that we can connect in like this.
So this is what we're going to be doing today.
Alright,
So I'll invite you to close down your eyes.
And as you initially close down your eyes,
Just feeling comfortable in your space.
Feeling a sense of comfort.
In this space that you're in.
This is your.
.
.
Container.
This is your little energy bubble to go inwards today.
So feeling a nice sense of comfort in the physical space around you.
And taking some breaths in and out,
Feeling your breath inside of you,
This breath that's always being breathed inside of us.
Moment by moment.
When our attention is turned outward.
We don't feel our breath.
So as you're bringing your attention inwards,
Taking a moment here to feel your own breath.
Feeling this balance inside of you as you breathe,
Feeling your inhale coming in.
And feeling your exhale going out.
Feeling yourself receiving your inhale.
And feeling yourself offering up your exhale.
Already in this way,
Feeling this connection to yourself by feeling your own breath.
And feeling this sense of connection with.
All that is.
Your exhale goes out into the world and it connects to everything that is outside of you.
The trees,
Breathe it in.
So as you're here,
Feeling your own breath coming in and going out,
Feeling this beautiful interconnectedness with all things.
And let's take a moment of gratitude here to even be alive.
A moment of gratitude to be breathing this breath of life.
A moment of gratitude for being in this beautiful body that you are in right now.
For having these unique gifts that are yours.
For having this canvas of your life.
Feeling this gratitude in your heart.
For your sweet life as it is right now.
And if you find your mind active at all right now,
That's okay.
You can just tell your mind.
Hey mind!
I know you're thinking about some things.
That's okay.
We're going into a meditation space now.
We're going to be connecting in beyond the mind.
You can just relax,
Mind.
Taking a few breaths in and out,
Giving your mind permission to fully relax.
Not trying to force it to relax.
Not punishing it for being active.
Letting it know that it can relax.
Giving yourself this permission here to be fully present with you.
This is a moment of your day that you have chosen to connect inwards.
So giving yourself this full permission to connect inwards.
And as you give yourself this full permission,
Feeling the softening of your external environment.
Feeling this beauty of your awareness drawing inwards inside of you.
We're going to take three full breaths on every exhale,
Letting go.
On every exhale,
Letting any noise that wants to come out of your mouth come out of your mouth.
If there's any stagnant,
Pent-up energy inside of you,
Releasing it out on your next three exhales.
Inhaling one.
And letting go.
Ahhhh.
You might feel your body stretch and move as you do this.
Inhaling again.
And letting go.
And inhaling a third time Really letting everything go.
Ahhhhhhhhh giving your body a little shake if it wants to shake.
Ah.
Again,
Feeling yourself here.
If there's any part of your body that has Tension.
Taking a few exhales.
Specifically releasing tension from that part of your body.
If your shoulders are holding any tension,
Taking some exhales where you let go of that tension in your shoulders.
If your hips have any tension,
Taking a few exhales where you just open them wide and exhale out that tension.
You don't need to hold any tension in your body.
You don't need to hold any tension in your body.
You are allowed to feel fluid,
Soft,
See.
Open and receptive.
Now we're going to take 10 breaths.
On every breath inviting you to open into receptivity.
Whatever that feels like for you as a felt sense in your body.
On every breath,
I'm going to invite you deeper and deeper.
Into a state receptivity feeling a softness in your body.
Feeling a rootedness in your body.
And feeling yourself like A flower.
With your petals opening.
Feeling yourself open into this state of receiving.
So we're going to take 10 breaths together here.
Inhaling.
And exhaling,
Opening into receptivity.

Feel your system opening to receive.

Feeling your whole body soften.

Feeling how safe it is to soften and open.

Now calling your Higher Self into this space fully.
Your higher self that is you.
Your true self.
The you that is beyond your individual I.
The you that is beyond your thinking mind.
Calling your higher self fully into this space now.
As we call your Higher Self into this space,
Setting an intention for your highest good.
The highest good in your life.
The highest good on your path.
And also the highest good of every human on this planet.
Calling your higher self fully into this space.
And feeling your awareness open as we do so.
We're going to take five more breaths together.
On each breath,
Feeling your awareness open even more.
Feeling the presence of your true self come into this space even more.

Feeling the goodness that is already here.
Feeling the alignment that is already here.

Letting yourself open to see what comes through.
If I didn't have my current perceived limitations.
