This inner light meditation will help relax the body as you visualize the soothing light working through the whole body and mind. This meditation is perfect in the day or evening just to connect back to you and give yourself 10 minutes for some time to rest and renew vital energy.

Welcome to bliss inner light meditation.

Find a comfortable seat to sit in,

Ensuring that you won't be disturbed.

Place your feet on the floor,

Relax the body onto the chair and rest your hands in your lap.

And we shall now start this guided meditation.

Just breathing nice and slowly and deeply,

Following the breath as it comes all the way in and as the breath goes all the way out.

Allowing each breath to come in without resistance and to leave without resistance.

Allowing the breath to feel the chest and belly as it comes all the way in and feel the chest and belly fall as the breath comes all the way out.

Allow the breath to deepen on each inhale and exhale,

Relaxing the body and the nervous system and starting to calm our mind.

I want you to now bring your awareness to the center of your chest and internally there's a small golden light the size of a pearl,

Right in the center of your chest.

This golden light shimmering and shining as this light moves in a circular motion in the center of your chest.

Breathing in and breathing out.

As you become aware of this light witness the light grow larger.

This light pulsating like the beat of your heart as it moves and grows through the chest.

As you breathe that light gets brighter and brighter.

Breathing in and breathing out.

See and feel that light covering now the whole of your chest.

And as you breathe feel that light covering your ribs,

The lungs,

The heart,

The back of the chest.

Breathe that light in and exhale that light out.

Feel that light grow as it comes down past the diaphragm and into the digestive system and our internal organs.

All have a coating of this golden light.

Feel that light around the kidneys in the back,

The liver,

Spleen,

Intestines,

Reproductive system.

Our whole entire torso is covered in this rich golden sparkling light.

This light moving and pulsing with every in-breath and out-breath.

The body is calm and relaxed as this light travels through into the hips,

Into the thighs,

The knees,

The lower leg,

The ankle and starts to come all the way into the feet and the toes.

You can feel this light emanating through the skin,

Feeling warm,

Feeling that inner glow move its way through the body,

Calming,

Healing,

Allowing the body to recover from any stress and any tension we might be holding on to.

Feel that tingling sensation through the toes,

Through the feet as that light does its work.

Coming now up through the body into the shoulders,

Easing the muscles and tension and that light traveling now through the arms,

The elbows,

Into the wrists,

Into the palms of the hands right out through the fingertips.

The whole body covered in this beautiful golden light.

This light working its way through the spine,

Up through the back of the neck,

Allowing the throat to open.

Feel this light work its magic up into the head,

The back of the head,

Into the jaw,

The chin,

The nose,

The eyes,

Into the forehead and the top of the head.

The head and body completely covered,

Top to toe in this rich,

Deep,

Golden light.

You can feel that light still pulsating as it's moving through the body,

Regenerating cells,

Allowing this deep healing work to calm the nervous system,

Allowing you to feel deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Breathing in and breathing out,

Allowing the light to encompass the whole body,

Feeling more energized than you have done in a while.

We're going to bring this light with us through the day to remind us to stay calm and allow the body to be at ease.

Taking a deep breath in and this time breathe out through the mouth,

Breathing in through the nose,

Breathing out through the mouth.

Start to wriggle those fingers and toes coming back into the room,

Allowing yourself to be aware of the whole body and how it's feeling.

Set an intention for the day to remain calm,

Present and allow this light to travel with you through the day.

Outstanding! One of my favourite pastimes is to meditate quietly on my inner light but I thought I’d give this a go too and it’s just as beneficial! The background music is complimentary to the practice rather than distracting, the voice is lovely and calming and the words so easy to visualise and channel. A great way to start the day or start the week! Added to my favourites so I will definitely do this one again. Thank you! πŸ™
