Meet Veronica for Veronica, sharing, teaching and holding "space" for the beautiful practice of yoga has always felt like a calling, it is a calling, on so many levels and what a journey it has been and continues to be. how can we on life's journey feel as free and harmonious in our daily lives as we can, following our heart and our desire, to pursue our dreams? All these beautiful tools from Embodied Flow™, where her heart is, and even now so honored to be certified in, including yoga, non-dualistic tantric philosophy, somatic and movement practice so beautifully shared by the amazing creator Tara Judelle has opened up so many new doors for me to remember and reconnect to what I want, what I want, what I want, what I want, want to share with this world! Veronica always honors her path here through Yoga For Life & ISHTA Yoga where her journey in sharing yoga started and grew! She want to invite you on the journey to explore your path in life, let your true self emerge, follow your heart and go towards your dreams. for her as a facilitator it is important to create a space where everyone can feel safe, being exactly as I feel is the key to being able to explore and dive deep into ourselves and move outside of comfort zones and step over thresholds. Veronica thanks and honor her teacher, mentor and guide Tara Judelle for always inspiring in life and her offerings! She thanks her friend and Yoga Nidra-teacher Mona Anand for always supporting her in her journey as a teacher!
