Meeting Your Soul For Clarity & Direction

This is a meditation journey to Meet Your Soul ~ the source of your eternal love, wisdom & knowingness. This experience creates the space for you to Listen...to the whispers of your Soul and invite your Soul's loving guidance into all areas of your life.

Transcript

So making yourself comfortable here we will begin with the breath and using the breath as a process to surrender and connect I'd like you to take three deep breaths in and out in your own time with the intention of surrendering each breath allowing you to surrender and with surrendering comes expansion feeling that liberating feeling of surrendering and then taking three deep breaths in and out with the intention of connecting deep breath in,

Connecting,

Inward deep breath out,

Expanding just allowing the breath,

The prana,

The energy to offer its purifying force through the body breathing life into your cells and cleansing,

Expanding,

Exhaling taking your awareness to your heart center and visualizing again,

A beautiful ball of light spreading this light across your chest and moving up and down your body as you invite your soul presence taking your awareness down to mother earth and feeling the land,

Feeling the earth and feeling connected to the air feeling your body as part of the air and as you do feeling anchored and grounded and rooted to the air and here taking awareness to all of your chakras,

All seven within your physical body and asking them to flower open with your next breath,

Breathing in and all of them harmonically flowering open each of these centers are your connection to a different aspect of your consciousness,

Honoring this beautiful column of light that you have within you and to complete the connection with the divine we take our awareness to a ball of light just above your head,

Just above your crown breathing in and as you do it pours down,

Sacred light,

Divine light begins to pour down through your crown,

Through your body connecting you above and as it finds its way all the way through your body it travels down into the air feeling yourself connected to heaven and earth,

Spirit and matter,

Taking a deep breath in and deep breath out here I'd like you to visualize your sacred land,

A field that is sacred intimately to you as you look down upon the grass you see and feel the grass against your toes and begin to look around at this beautiful scene around you this is a sacred space for you,

Take a moment to acclimatize to this place,

This space and just ahead of you you hear the soft sound of a gentle waterfall taking your steps across the field,

Across the grass towards the sound as you approach you see a beautiful gentle waterfall flowing with crystalline light,

Crystal clear light it beckons you towards it and as you approach it you feel the purity that this waterfall is offering even from the mist that surrounds it as you walk and you find yourself standing just underneath this waterfall you notice it begins to slow down in time as this subtle white light begins to gently bathe you in this purity this cleansing energy,

Feeling yourself relieving,

Breathing,

Expanding this waterfall offering you an opportunity to let go of many things you may not even be aware of that you are carrying taking a deep breath in and on exhale releasing,

Breathing out,

Letting go as this beautiful crystalline waterfall of light,

This subtle light gently washes away ideas,

Influences,

Interferences all with the expressed intention of creating space for you to connect inward,

To hear your ideas,

Your insights feeling this gentle light flow around you,

Over you,

Washing away conditionings,

Thoughts,

Expectations the concepts you have been taught and learned,

All for this space of connecting inward knowing this is perhaps temporary yet creating this space so you can hear what is birthing within,

What is cooling within connecting you to an inner truth that is beyond what is known allowing this light to support you in detaching from identities,

Identities you have created for yourself that have perhaps created an idea of who you are,

Who you have been,

Who you think you are moving into feel the freedom in even being open to be free of all of these ideas the possibility and the potential beginning to gather within you potential beyond the parameters of these ideas and as all of these elements are being washed away,

Just acknowledge there is no judgement for what is being surrendered simply creating a space to hear this eternity within take another deep breath in,

Deep breath out and now you know there is another calling from beyond the waterfall as you continue walking and step through this beautiful light you enter a wonderful sacred garden there is a crystal clear quality to the land,

Your senses are alive in this space you realise you have a deeper connection to your source field,

To your infinite being here you are connected there is an energy here,

A purity and an innocence beyond the meanings of experiences the innocence of creation,

Of possibility,

Of potential as you stand here feeling connected to all that is around you feeling a warmth birthing from within as you feel your soul presence,

Joyful and brimming with the love of your connection,

Your conscious connection that is strengthening and developing within and here in this space,

Tuning into your heart simply with the awareness of wishing to do so as you say in this land,

I connect with the rhythm of my heart tuning into your soul,

As you say in this land,

I connect with the signature of my soul tuning into your higher self,

Again simply with the awareness of wishing to do so as you say,

I connect with the infinite possibilities of my highest self a gentle energy begins to softly fall as snow all around you and as each drop lands upon you,

Feeling it revitalising your being,

Reconnecting as you feel yourself bathing in remembrance,

Remembering who you are remembering your connection to who you are and in this moment asking your soul and higher self what is it you wish me to know in this moment and as you let that question ripple out,

Ripple inwards,

Also letting go of any answer to that question knowing that question is an invitation to work in harmony with your soul and your higher self,

With your life in this moment invoking your soul presence,

Your divine I am presence and feeling that warmth build and radiate from within feeling this eternal joy,

Innocence,

Wonder,

Creativity,

Expression,

Potential taking a deep breath in,

Deep breath out and hear asking your soul to speak through you through your thoughts,

Emotions,

Words,

Actions,

Experiences,

Synchronicities asking to be an instrument of your soul,

For your soul and hear internally speaking to your soul I create space in my thoughts to hear you I create space in my emotions to feel you I create space in my heart to know you I create space in my life for you to live through me I create space in my reality to birth you I allow for what my soul yearns for within me to rise I invite it to birth through me I set it free,

What is alive within me just feeling these words echoing as invitations to your soul,

Creating space and hear as you honor this space recognizing there is no need for answers there is a listening knowing your soul is aware of every single experience in your life and willing and able to whisper you many different ways of seeing,

Experiencing and reminding you through those whisperings your connection to all that is and in this space bringing into awareness any area that you would like more clarity upon any experience or situation,

Bring it into awareness in this purified,

Rarefied space and knowing you are already receiving guidance in this moment both known and unknown both understood and many of this guidance may never be understood as you trust,

As you open to your soul your soul is working with you your higher self is working with you as you are co-creating your reality allowing yourself to receive support,

Guidance,

Insights,

Realizations,

Synchronicities shifts in awareness,

Perception around this area as you create space to listen your inner self is working with you as you create space to listen your inner self is working with you and taking a deep breath in a deep breath out and here we speak to the mind just letting your mind know that it is ok to be without answers as you trust in something deeper that is occurring as you have created space here,

Sacred space for your soul to speak through you,

To you space to listen and what is received will be received in many,

Many ways beyond what is known and taking another deep breath in deep breath out as you honor the sacred space of clarity here the sacred garden potential of soul language and you turn back towards the glistening waterfall and as you walk towards it and find yourself immersed in its light again this time sensing the difference in its energy its soothing,

Harmonizing,

Settling energy nurturing,

Softening feeling this light blessing all of who you are,

Honoring you honoring your path,

Your choices your personality,

Your experiences and blessing this connection that you have to your soul as you take a step out of this waterfall begin to very slowly,

Gently walk back through the land feeling a lightness within you the lightness of your connection inward and the trust and faith you are developing for your personal truth,

Your personal desires a faith of those desires of your souls calling as you take each step along the field,

Each step bringing you back into your physical body to bring your awareness back into your physical body taking deep breath in deep breath out and as you are taking these deep breaths in and out bringing your awareness,

Your presence here and honoring your presence honoring this sacredness within here you may wish to take both hands to place upon your heart chakra in the middle of your chest or have your hands in prayer position here honoring your soul presence,

Honoring your sacred unique connection that you have to creation to your inspiration to your creativity your expression and honoring this eternity within this joy,

This wonder within which seeks to explore all of those areas through innocent,

Playful expression adventure,

Experience and here as you take another deep breath in deep breath out breathe in all chakras in manageable size feeling earthed within your body,

Connected down into mother earth grounded anchored connected in to the land,

To this reality to this moment to your breath to your body to your soul and here we take a layer from mother earth and feel it wrap around your energy body,

Feeling held and protected and safe as you honor that connection within blessings on your journey Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste
