Soul Connections: Prayer Of Healing, Gratitude & Forgiveness

This is a prayer of compassion, forgiveness, and empowerment. We are all on a journey of learning to connect, love, forgive, open up, detach, let go…awaken sacred compassion within. Our connections are forged as part of a deeper design catered towards Soul Awakening. When we reframe how we see our past and present connections, we set ourselves and others - free.

We are all on a journey of learning to connect,

Learning to love,

Learning to forgive,

To open up,

To detach,

To let go,

To awaken sacred compassion within.

Our connections are forged as part of a deeper design catered towards soul awakening.

The journey of awakening love is a tough process as it asks us to let go of ideas we have about reality that we may be unwilling to surrender.

Yet by doing so we are offered a new expanded reality where more is available to us.

This prayer is to honour those who have entered our life and to honour on a deeper level our own choices for our soul awakening.

Through the design and lessons we have created for our own journey,

Begin by taking a few deep breaths in and out to centre yourself and arrive in this moment.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

This is for you and this is for me.

Thank you,

Whoever you are,

Whatever part you play and played in my life,

Whether it was a comment,

Conversation or bonded connection.

Thank you for showing me,

Me.

Thank you for teaching me about love,

For supporting me,

Challenging me,

Accepting me,

Rejecting me,

Comforting me,

Judging me,

Celebrating me.

Thank you for showing me who I can be.

Thank you for showing how I see you is how I see me,

And how I see me is how I see you.

Thank you for sacredly entering my life with your divine presence,

A gift,

A miracle,

Two divine reflections of oneness,

Dancing together,

Showing each other the way home.

Without you,

I wouldn't know me as I do today,

Or the me I continually expand to be.

I wouldn't know my potential,

My insecurities,

My strengths,

My fears,

My capacity for love,

My capacity for change,

My connection to life.

Thank you for showing me,

Me.

In this moment I honour your sacred appearance and presence in my life.
