Enter The Forest: Meeting The Great Mystery

This is a guided meditation to take you on a journey to meet the Great Mystery. This Eternal Essence is within you, around you, guiding you, supporting you, blessing you...watching over you. When we meet the Mystery we reactivate our inner Spiritual Connection to All That Is. We Remember that we are indeed loved and we awaken our Inner Love. We drop further into the Present moment and hear the language of Reality, always whispering and guiding us Home.

Transcript

Let us begin with your breath.

Taking a deep breath in,

Feeling that breath expanding your body.

And as you exhale,

Releasing,

Unwinding,

Relaxing.

Taking another deep breath in,

Each breath expanding your soul,

Yourself,

Your mind,

Your body.

And exhaling,

Releasing.

Taking a few more breaths in your own time.

Each breath bringing you into the present moment,

Here,

Now.

Letting go of your day.

Letting go of your thoughts.

Just allowing your breath to support you in,

Returning to this moment.

Slowly releasing your thoughts,

Slowly disengaging from your thought stream.

Imagining your thoughts as clouds across your inner sky,

Gently drifting.

Becoming aware of your body,

Becoming aware of your environment,

Becoming aware of my voice,

Becoming aware of your breath.

With your next breath,

Breathing into your heart centre in the middle of your chest.

Visualising a beautiful ball of radiant light.

And this light spreading across your chest and moving up and down your body.

Filling your presence with your own light,

Your own source.

And feeling the presence of Mother Earth beneath you.

As we offer our gratitude to Gaia and feel that very earthy,

Grounding energy of the earth connected with your body.

And as you're breathing up Gaia's energy,

Feeling this awakening,

Each chakra one by one,

Beginning with the root chakra.

Your sacral.

Your solar plexus.

Your heart centre.

Your throat centre.

Your third eye.

And your crown,

Your thousand petal lotus opening up to the universe.

And taking your awareness to a ball of light just above your crown,

Representing universal consciousness.

And inviting that light down from the sphere all the way through your chakras.

All the way through your system as you feel connected above and below.

Opening.

Expanding.

Connected.

Taking your awareness now to a beautiful meadow.

Beginning to notice the grass,

The flowers,

The atmosphere,

The sky.

Just allowing your senses to familiarise yourself with these surroundings.

In the distance,

The sound of a gentle stream of trickling.

And as you look up,

You notice that the brilliant blue sky fades halfway through.

And transforms into the magical night,

Revealing the cosmos,

The universe,

The stars.

Galaxies,

Nebulae,

Are seen in all their glory as you witness this magical sight.

The sky offering daylight and a glimpse into the wonder of the universe above.

Beginning by taking a few steps along the meadow,

Feeling each step with your feet upon the grass,

Connecting with the earth.

Feeling the texture of the soft grass.

As you're walking,

You begin to notice that just ahead of you,

The air seems subtly different.

There is a slight distortion in your perceptual field.

There is a veil just ahead of you.

Very gently distorting your visual field.

And as you raise your hand towards the veil,

You feel what is beyond the veil beckoning you,

Calling to you.

And taking one step after the other,

You walk through this veil.

And immediately upon entering what is beyond the veil,

You feel a great liberation.

There is an opening of your senses.

You are in the same meadow,

Yet your senses are far more open.

You are truly seeing,

Hearing,

Feeling more than ever before.

There is a sense of wonder,

Of magic,

Of mystery here.

The same flowers which are around in the meadow and the trees are speaking to you.

You feel their life force and they feel yours.

You are connecting,

Communicating somehow.

You know intrinsically in this moment that they are alive,

Conscious,

Sentient.

The air is filled with love.

And as you breathe in,

This love awakens your physical body.

Nurturing,

Nourishing every single cell in your body.

As your body drinks this energy in as nectar for the soul.

Just ahead of you is a beautiful,

Magical forest.

This wonder of the trees and the forest are calling.

And as you walk towards them and enter this forest,

As you look around,

The leaves,

The grass,

The variety of trees,

Of bushes,

Of fauna,

All have their distinct characteristics and you feel their joy upon you entering.

As you brush your fingers against the trees,

The communication deepens.

There is a deep exchange occurring.

You find yourself walking along this forest path.

And along the way,

You notice a small swirl of energy dancing and playing just ahead of you.

You sense this innocent nature and yet it is beckoning you,

Calling.

And as you follow the swirl of energy,

It begins to lead you along the forest path.

You are taken towards an opening.

And this swirl of energy moves towards a gentle orb that is hovering above the ground.

This orb carries a luminescence that is profoundly familiar.

It evokes a deep sense of belonging.

This orb is home itself.

Its aura encompasses you and you feel the beauty and vibration of home.

All of your senses are alive and you are feeling beyond the five senses.

You are awakening your deeper inner senses.

You know the orb has sensed your presence as there is an emergence of a very familiar,

Very intimate energy that awakens within you.

And a voice is heard.

Beloved,

I am here.

I am the great mystery.

I flow through life,

Your life,

All life.

I am here,

There and everywhere.

In this moment I want you to remember.

Remember who you are.

Remember that you are loved.

Remember that you are love itself.

I am the source,

The force that resides within you.

Always present.

I watch through you.

I experience through you.

Love,

Feel,

Cry,

Laugh through you.

I am amazed at the beauty and variety of your creative expression.

That is your personality.

And the wonderful unique expression of creation you are.

I see incredible ingenuity at the ways in which you choose to think,

Live,

Feel,

Act and experience.

Beloved,

You have called me in because you are ready.

You are ready to hear the messages of home again.

Because you are returning home.

Embrace the adventure that is life.

Seek out your potential and play with embodying it.

Dance with your creative power and realize just how simple life can be.

And how mysterious it can be.

You do not need to know.

If you trust,

If you surrender,

If you let go,

You will drop into the presence of life.

And experience the mystery itself.

This mystery resides within you,

Within all life.

And when you surrender to the mystery,

You surrender to the true magic of life.

And what is possible for you and for all life.

As you take a deep breath in to allow this to be received by all elements of your body,

Your emotions,

Your mind.

You witness the orb gently rising further above the ground.

And growing and expanding to become a magnificent size,

Radiating light,

Love,

Wonder.

You see the beauty of this orb.

And the playful choice in presenting itself to you in this humble manner so you may relate to the great mystery.

As the orb gently rises and rises into the great cosmos above.

Feel yourself offering great gratitude to the great mystery.

And this connection that you are having in this moment,

Reconnecting,

Reawakening,

Revitalizing.

You notice again the swirl of light dancing below this great orb and the great joy and amusement of this playful swirl.

As it begins to meander around back towards the path through the forest and you follow the swirl of light.

Feeling that joy within you awaken your senses even deeper.

You have awoken your inner wisdom,

Your inner knowingness,

Your inner connection.

The trees,

The flowers,

The forest all celebrate your reconnection.

And this swirl of light gently moves off into another direction as you see the opening to the forest again back into the meadow.

As you walk along the meadow,

This time you notice there is no veil.

There is no separation of the worlds,

Of the realms.

The mystery is within your heart.

The magic is here,

Always present.

That message of home vibrates through your entire system.

Recalibrating and supporting your awakening.

As you take each step along the grass,

Each of those steps bring your presence back into your physical body.

Where you are in this moment.

Breathing into your physical body.

Feeling Mother Earth again anchoring you,

Holding you as you take one hand to place upon your heart.

Feeling that connection within,

That connection to life itself,

That connection to the mystery.

That connection that guides you,

Drives you,

Watches over you,

Cares for you.

That connection that is the great mystery itself.
