Let's begin this meditation by coming into a comfortable position.
Start by taking a few deep breaths as you allow yourself to settle in.
Give yourself permission to release whatever is going on around you and just allow yourself to be present in this moment.
As you begin to draw your awareness to your breath,
Allow yourself to become and feel more at ease.
Scan your body for any areas of tension and just allow yourself to release more in those areas.
Maybe find a little bit more relaxation of the shoulders away from the ears.
Breathe in a bit more through your brow and your jaw.
Find more softness in your belly as you allow yourself to breathe effortlessly.
Slowly inhale as you begin to fill up the lungs completely.
And with every exhale,
Find a bit more release while emptying the lungs completely.
Continue to breathe in a way that makes you feel most at ease and continue to release the external world around you as you remain in this moment.
And now become aware of your vibration.
Turn your gaze inwardly and begin to experience the energy moving within yourself.
What does it feel like?
Notice if your vibration feels low,
Slow,
Or heavy.
Or maybe it's high,
Fast,
And light.
Perhaps it's somewhere in between.
Do you feel any ounce of sadness or doubt?
Or maybe you feel joyful and grateful.
Wherever you are today,
Just begin to shift your vibration towards the higher end of the spectrum by focusing on feelings of positivity and goodness.
Feel your vibration become higher and stronger.
You are alert.
You are focused.
You are fired up.
Feel your vibration become lighter,
Faster,
And higher.
Maybe notice some tingling sensations you feel throughout your entire body as you feel your energy begin to flow and lift.
Feel the breath in your body.
Feel the warmth of your soul.
Acknowledge the peace and contentment you have within yourself.
Now I want you to bring awareness to the thing that you want most in your life right now.
Something you've been desiring but with intention.
Take a moment to call that into your mind and get really specific.
Think about exactly what you want.
All of the details.
Every piece of this thing and how you want it.
Visualize that very thing you want most all around you.
Feel its energy.
And to feel your energy match the energy of what you want.
As you see the thing you want most surrounding you,
Notice a glowing bright light at your anatomical center of your body.
A few inches above your belly button.
Your solar plexus.
The seat of your personal power.
Notice the bright light growing brighter and brighter.
Expanding outward towards the thing you want most in your life.
As the light begins to touch what you want,
Notice it drawing closer to you like a magnet attracting a charge.
Like a moth being drawn to a flame.
Feel its energy and continue to manifest this thing.
Knowing that this thing is yours.
You have it.
You are able to attract what you need and want most in this life.
How does it feel to have what you want?
How are you now different?
How does this help you become a better person?
How does this help you become a better person?
How does this help you become a better person?
How does this help you become a better person?
How does this help you become a better person?
Now take one more moment with this thing and release it into the universe.
Take a moment to thank the universe for supplying everything you need.
Trust that it's coming.
Know that it is coming at just the right time.
Now take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly release out of your mouth.
And when you're ready,
Continue on with your day.
Holding on to this contentment as you know and believe that the thing you want most is headed your way.
