Welcome to this healing pause meditation for tired moments.

We'll take about five minutes to soften our bodies and release the excess tension we've been carrying and restore on all levels.

Find a comfortable seated position or lie down and start by taking a few deep exhales.

Sighing out with each breath out any weight you've been carrying on your shoulders.

Inhale,

Belly rises.

Exhale,

Drop the shoulders as you breathe out through the mouth.

Notice where your body meets support.

Meets the support of the earth,

The ground,

Whatever you're resting on.

Allow yourself to feel held in this moment right now.

There's nothing you need to do,

Manage or control.

You are allowed to rest and receive healing energy.

Imagine a warm golden light at the top of your head.

This warm golden glowing light pours through the facial muscles,

Releasing all tension.

Flows down your neck,

Arms and hands.

Golden light in the palms of your hands pulsing with each breath in and out.

Allow the light to travel up into the heart space with each full breath in.

This warm healing energy expands in the center of your chest and with the breath out it releases out through the back of your body and into the earth.

Allow the light to travel into your belly,

In your solar plexus,

All the way down into your hips and groin.

Unwinding the tension you've carried in your pelvis and low back.

Legs resting into support filled with radiant light all the way down into your toes and feet.

Every cell of your body vibrates with healing radiant light with each breath in and spreads throughout the body with each breath out.

Rest in this space of your true radiant self restoring every body part for the next minute.

Bring your awareness back to the breath flowing through you and your body being held up by the earth.

And know that this light can travel with you throughout your day,

Evening and night restoring you as you enter back into your world.

You can come back to this practice whenever you need to restore and take a pause for yourself.
