And there are times when we feel frustrated,
When anxiety kicks in,
When we feel like we just can't take it anymore.
I mean we just want to sit down and cry.
And that's okay.
It's okay to feel.
It's okay to feel that anxiety,
That nervousness.
It's okay.
And this week,
Well I've been feeling a little anxious lately.
Later,
I'll explain where anxiety comes from and a little more about it.
But I just wanted to record a healing meditation just to calm down,
Feel the fresh air or even the air conditioning if it's in your case.
But just to stop and breathe,
Get energized and feel the energy.
So if you're feeling the way that I just described,
Sit in a very comfortable position.
Where if you want to,
You can lie down.
Close your eyes right where you are and focus on your breathing.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your nose and feel how your lungs expand while you're breathing in and feel them,
How they feel while you're breathing out.
Take a moment to just breathe.
Now you're going to take a few long breaths.
Breathe in for 4 seconds.
1,
2,
3,
4.
Hold it for 4 seconds and let it go for another 4 seconds.
Do it again.
Breathe in for 4 seconds.
Hold it for another 4 and let it go.
One more time.
Breathe in for 4 seconds.
Hold it for another 4.
Take another 4 breaths to breathe out.
Now you're going to take a moment to connect with yourself.
Ask yourself what's wrong.
Why do you feel this anxiety?
Why are you stressed out?
Take a moment to just observe it as if you were an outsider.
Don't get involved.
Don't feel that anxiety.
It's not you.
You are not your anxiety.
You are not your stress.
You are not your problems.
Observe it.
What's going on?
It triggered it.
Now ask yourself what's wrong.
Ask yourself,
Does this cause you any fear?
What are you afraid of?
Are you protecting yourself from anything?
Why is this happening?
Why do you let it control you?
Take a moment to analyze the situation.
Don't get involved.
If you feel like you are,
Just start breathing.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Because today you are going to let go of this.
And even if it comes back it's okay,
But for this moment you are going to let go.
If it's money problems,
Work problems,
Whatever it is,
Either the solution is in your hands or if it's not,
Let the universe take control and let go.
Breathe in and breathe out and say it.
Today I'm letting go of,
You can mention what you are letting go of,
Because I'm giving it to the universe and it's in its control.
Imagine you are giving it to the universe,
It's not bad,
Just maybe you don't have the solution but the universe does.
Let go.
Feel how your problems,
Your worries are slipping away.
And imagine how this white light is coming in through your crown chakra.
Your crown chakra is at the top of your head and it's just calming you down.
And you feel that white light coming in,
Coming in through your eyes,
Your nose,
Your mouth,
Inside your body and it's just filling you up with light.
And it's just calming you down and if you are crying,
It's making you feel better.
And if you are not,
It's okay.
If you are still stressed out and you still cannot let go,
It's okay.
Because that white light is coming and it's here and it's here to heal you,
To make you feel better even if it's just for a few seconds.
Because that's what energy is all about.
That's what healing is all about.
Let yourself get healed.
Feel that white light coming down.
Feel how you just start feeling calmer and more relaxed.
And how you just start letting go.
Everything will be okay.
The problems that you have today are not the same problems you had a year ago.
You will be okay.
Allow yourself to heal,
To feel that white light coming down.
Not everything is in your control.
And if it is,
Then you can solve it.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Another one.
Breathe in that healing power and breathe out that healing power.
If you don't know what it feels like,
It feels like some kind of energy.
Now breathe in peace.
If you don't know what that feels like,
It feels like it's calming your whole body.
And breathe out peace.
I know you're gonna hate me for saying this,
But everything will be okay.
