Forgiveness.
To forgive.
Easier said than done?
I don't know.
Well,
I cannot say that it was easy to forgive.
Or maybe it was just me putting the barrier.
To forgive or not to forgive.
In the end,
Who's the one that's suffering?
You or that person?
Sometimes that person doesn't even know you're mad at them or that you don't like them or that they did something that you just didn't like.
Sometimes that person is just not aware or maybe that person just doesn't care.
And you are the one holding that crutch,
You are that one holding that hatred and you are the one that is not loving yourself because of it.
You are the one filling yourself up with that negative energy because you haven't forgiven that person.
And I'm not saying that you have to go talk to them and say,
Oh,
I forgive you.
No,
That's your ego talking.
I'm just saying forgive,
Let go.
And if you decide on not to talk to that person again,
That's okay.
You don't have to talk to that person.
You don't have to see that person.
You don't have to look at that person.
But you have to heal your heart and you have to forgive.
Let go.
Let that hatred out of your body be free.
You can do it.
Let go.
And all you want to know something?
That person did those things because in her or his mind,
They were okay.
Even if that person knew that it wasn't okay,
He or she did them.
And maybe for them it's not as bad.
And maybe for them you're overreacting.
But everyone sees the world from a different perspective.
So you're here holding that negative energy inside your body and that person feels like he or she didn't do anything wrong.
So today,
I'm going to ask you to let go.
And we're going to do a short exercise.
And we're just going to breathe.
I'm going to ask you to sit in a very comfortable position and just start to breathe.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
In through your nose.
Feel the air coming in through your body and out through your mouth.
And I'm going to ask you to imagine that person in front of you.
If you want to cry,
Cry.
If you want to scream,
Scream.
But you're going to look at that person in the eyes and you're going to say five things that this person has taught you.
Five things that this person has allowed you to learn.
Including in those five things,
You're going to say thank you.
So you're going to say,
Let's say it's your baby daddy.
You're going to say thank you.
Thank you because you taught me how to love.
And thank you because you gave me my wonderful children.
So I'm going to give you a few seconds to thank that person.
Feel what you have to feel.
Do whatever you have to do.
But thank that person.
Once you've done it,
Look at the person.
Look at their eyes.
Say thank you.
I forgive you.
And today I'm letting go.
And let go.
Feel like you're forgiving that person and saying goodbye to all the hatred and all the pain.
Let go.
And gently imagine how this person is just fading away.
And you just feel so much better.
And now you're going to take a few deep breaths to come back to the present moment.
Thank the universe for this experience.
Feel the air coming in through your lungs and out through your mouth.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
I hope this audio can help you as much as it helped me.
Sending you so much love and light.
Namaste.
