She started combining this with self-development when being challenged with a health condition, affecting her physical and emotional wellbeing In this process, she trained in Yoga, Tantra, NVC, TRE, science of the mind, Eastern philosophy, Chi Nei Tsang, Reiki and meditation. That is one of the most powerful practices I’ve encountered in over 500 days of daily meditation here. I have been battling physical trauma after back to back accidents, but the fear and PTSD that resides in my tissues, causing massive hyperreactive muscle guarding, was truly healed with this practice. I’ve been trying everything for months to release this tension, ptsd and fear, and your visual-and-heart led guidance unlocked a healing path my body finally responded to. So much gratitude.
