Welcome to your sacral chakra meditation.
Take a moment to find a comfortable seated position perhaps with a cushion beneath your sitting bones to elevate the hips above the knees.
Get as comfortable as possible with a straight spine and if it feels safe for you I invite you to close your eyes and focus on your breath.
Notice your in-breath and observe your out-breath.
Soft natural breathing,
No effort and at this time nothing else matters.
Nothing else exists but your body and your breath.
Soft natural breathing,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling out the mouth.
Inhaling through the nose and audibly exhale out the mouth,
Letting something go.
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling out the mouth.
Now we will seal the lips and continue to take deep breaths in and out the nose and on your next inhale start to lengthen the spine,
Feeling the space between each and every vertebrae and on your exhale feel the mind start to calm inhale lengthen the spine as the crown reaches even further up to the sky and exhale feel your body relaxing even more.
Inhale feel your spine lengthen and elongate towards the sky and exhale releasing what isn't serving you with your breath.
Bring your awareness now to your lower abdomen,
The home of your sacral chakra and imagine a vibrant orange glowing light and imagine this light in every detail possible.
This glowing orange light pulsating with energy from your lower abdomen.
Imagine this light starting to expand out with each breath filling your entire lower abdomen.
The more you focus on this vibrant orange light the more it grows.
This light expanding and growing with each inhale and every exhale.
This glowing orange energy to expand and now radiate throughout the entire body giving you a sense of balance,
Creativity,
And joy.
This beautiful orange light balancing the very essence of your being,
Feeling balance throughout the body.
Feel your being starting to radiate now with pure joy.
Embracing this orange glowing energy and allowing it to support you,
Support your emotions,
Enhance your creativity,
And your freedom.
And as you breathe in draw in this energy throughout your body and your being.
Fill up on this energy as you exhale releasing any attachments or negative emotions and with each inhale filling up on this nourishing radiant orange energy.
With each exhale releasing any feelings of guilt,
Doubt,
Shame,
Or negative emotions.
Inhaling in nourishing radiant orange energy filling you with balance,
Joy,
And creativity.
And exhaling releasing what no longer serves you.
Inhaling nourishment.
Exhaling release.
Inhaling nourishment.
Exhaling release.
Inhaling nourishment,
Joy,
And creativity.
Exhaling releasing any negative emotions.
Feel their release.
Making space for more joy in your life,
More balance,
More creativity.
And on your next inhale repeat to yourself,
Abundance and passion flow freely through me.
And exhale any stagnancy or limiting beliefs.
Inhale and repeat to yourself,
I honor my feelings and my emotions.
And exhale any emotions that no longer serve you.
Inhale and repeat to yourself,
I embrace joy and creativity.
And exhale anything left that is no longer serving you.
Now bring your awareness back to your physical body.
Return to the sensations in your lower abdomen.
Notice and feel the radiant energy coming from your sacral center.
With each breath imagine this radiant orange light filling you with even more energy.
And as you continue to breathe deeply,
State to yourself,
I am balanced.
I radiate joy.
Repeat these affirmations silently to yourself or out loud and allowing the meaning of these statements to wash over your being.
Feel the truth of these statements.

And allow them to radiate throughout your being.
Supporting every essence of your being with light.
Fill up on this feeling and this sensation of this vibrant,

Orange,
Radiant light at the lower abdomen that is radiating energy throughout your entire body and being.

Orange energy you have ever seen.
This light expanding and growing with each inhale and every exhale.

Feeling the warm glowing energy radiate from the lower abdomen throughout your entire body.

Taking a moment to acknowledge your practice.

Letting something go.
We will seal in our practice today with the mantra Vam.
This is a really ancient mantra associated with the sacral chakra.
Helping you to embody your true power and fill up on this sensation of joy and creativity and inner balance.
On your next breath,
Inhale and fill up the lungs.
And on your exhale in your mind or out loud say Vam.
Inhaling through the nose.
And exhaling Vam.
Inhaling through the nose.

When you're ready,
Start to check in with the body.
And open your eyes.
Reconnect with your surroundings.
