Welcome to your five-minute morning meditation.
Take a moment to find a comfortable seated position perhaps with the cushion beneath your sitting bones elevating the hips above the knees.
Get as comfortable as possible with your spine elongated and if it feels safe for you I invite you to close your eyes and focus on your breath.
Notice your in-breath and observe your out-breath soft natural breathing no effort and at this time nothing else matters.
Nothing else exists but your body and your breath.
Soft natural breathing inhaling now through the nose and exhaling out the mouth letting something go.
On your next inhale start to lengthen the spine feeling the space between each and every vertebrae and exhaling calming the mind.
Inhale lengthen the spine as the crown reaches even further up to the sky and exhale feel your body relaxing even more.
Inhale feel your spine lengthen and elongate towards the sky and exhale releasing anything that isn't serving you with your breath.
Bring your awareness now to the third eye point between the brows and imagine a vibrant glowing light as bright as the Sun at the center of your third eye.
Imagine this light in as much detail as you like.
This glowing light pulsating energy filling you with the warmth and radiance of the Sun.
You start to feel this uplifting energy wash over you waking up and energizing your body and your being.
It's as if the warmth of the Sun is warming your entire being.
With each inhale feeling more and more radiant more uplifted visualizing this energy spreading throughout every cell revitalizing and energizing you from within.
Embracing this radiant energy and allowing it to support you and uplift you energizing you for the day and as you breathe in draw in this energy throughout your body and your being fill up on this energy feeling radiance feeling uplifted feeling energized and take a moment now to feel gratitude for this feeling and for every blessing in your life feel this gratitude radiating throughout your entire body taking in a deep breath now in through the nose and exhale through the mouth remember you are radiant you are worthy you are uplifted and ready for the day take a moment now to set an intention for your day feel this intention as if it is already happening in the present moment and when you feel ready start to gently open your eyes and reconnect with your body and your surroundings we're going to have a great day
