Welcome,
I'm Trulia Lenore,
A writer and healer with almost two decades of experience and a Reiki teacher since 2010.
Today we'll be working with the archetype of Athena to activate and align your third eye chakra to expand your intuition and your vision.
To begin,
We will close our eyes and become familiar and settled into the body.
Even though we are an infinite being of light.
We need to be familiar and at home with our body in order to bring the full experience of our life together.
Our energetic self,
Our body,
Our mind,
Our soul,
All things must come together in order to have a fully experienced and dare we say enlightened existence here on this earth.
So looking at wholeness,
This is how we expand our intuitions,
This is how we will activate our third eye chakra,
Is being in a state of wholeness and we will begin with the body.
So feeling the feet on the ground,
Feeling the presence of the earth beneath your feet.
The weight and size of your body in space.
Observing.
And becoming aware of the entire body from head to toe.
So starting at the feet,
Doing a loving,
Scan of the body.
Merely taking your awareness up through the feet.
With a beautiful,
Observation only,
No judgment,
Scan of the body.
Noticing and observing,
And perhaps sending love to any spaces in the body that feel tense,
That feel tight,
That feel gripping.
That are afraid to let go,
That are afraid to fully melt into and lean into this experience today.
Sending love to all parts of the self,
Body,
Mind,
And spirit that may be hesitant to awaken the full potential of your intuition today.
By opening and expanding your intuition,
Your third eye chakra.
So continuing with the scan in whatever way feels good,
Noticing the body,
Sending love up through the legs,
The hip area.
Taking some breaths.
Relaxing into the chair or the bed that you're in.
Feeling a sense of safety,
A sense of solid groundedness in the body.
The body is a weight that keeps you here on this planet.
Without it,
You would be.
.
.
Formless.
You are an energetic,
Infinite being,
And without your body,
You would be fully one with the universe.
As you are in one aspect of yourself,
You are also here to experience and feel the body and have a lifetime.
Or lifetimes with different bodies,
To experience what it is to be a human being.
Today we are going to bring together the experience of being a human being in your body.
And having a direct channel.
And communication with your infinite formless self.
In a direct communication with your Creator,
The Universe,
God,
Source,
Whatever you may call it.
This is how we expand our intuition.
It is creating this clear channel of communication.
So taking a moment,
Maybe you move your shoulders,
Move your arms,
Move your body in whatever way feels good to loosen up all of the limbs.
Becoming present and relaxed.
We're going to move up into the head.
In that space between the eyes.
The center of the forehead.
The third eye.
The third eye is the portal and the gateway,
The communication channel.
That brings through your Infinite Self the messages from God the Universe Source Creator.
To channel into your body.
To give you nudges,
To help you along your path.
To offer support and guidance.
And connect you to your desires that you brought into this earth,
Into this life,
Into this body.
It's like plugging in a recording.
That was forgotten.
A video or a tape that you pre-recorded.
That you forgot that you made.
And turning it on and watching it and saying,
Oh yes,
I created this.
This is me talking.
And now I remember.
That's one way to experience your intuition.
It is one way to connect this channel of communication.
To hear again what you know to be true.
To remember.
To be reminded.
Of what you already know.
That is your intuition.
And although things change on a dime and we have different opportunities and free will and in infinite amount of possibilities.
We still know,
On some level,
Which direction we want to go in,
Which pathway we had always favored.
And so you may choose a different pathway.
You may choose a different experience.
But the desires have always been the same,
Of what you would like to experience.
So Athena is here with her wisdom.
She is the goddess of wisdom.
And war.
Yes,
Today we are talking about war in the sense of fighting for what you desire.
Fighting for what you have always known you wanted.
There is no violence today.
There is no aggression.
This is a war of a different kind.
This is fighting for you and standing up for yourself in a way that is compassionate,
In a way that is kind,
In a way that follows the laws of the universe.
And does no harm.
So we can embrace this energy of war in the sense of fighting for yourself.
Fighting forward through all of those times when you shut down your intuition.
When you closed the curtains and turned away from the light.
When you shut the door and remained in the dark.
We are fighting through these areas where you fought yourself.
We are dissolving these ways that you used to fight.
And creating the wisdom instead.
So Athena is bringing forward a message of wisdom.
All that you were afraid of to know.
Is only you speaking to you in a way that you may not recognize,
In a language that you may be unfamiliar with.
But one that you have always known.
And now it is time to learn.
And remember this language.
The language of your true infinite self.
Here to guide you,
To help you along your path.
And yes,
You can take your desires,
You can take your intuition,
You can take the steps that you wanted to take while still having full choice and power over your destiny.
Both are possible.
You are not giving up anything by following your intuition.
You are not imprisoning yourself.
You are not following a path that you must follow.
You are choosing in infinite ways,
In infinite days,
In infinite spaces.
You may visualize and see different hallways opening up.
You have the choice to go down any hallway.
That you desire.
You are using your own intuition to go down these hallways.
The magical truth is that you can't do it wrong,
Is that you cannot choose the wrong hallway.
The wrong path.
You can only become clearer on your desires knowing that each hallway that you choose is closer to your own true heart.
And using your intuition as being given a map.
A guidance on your quest to know how to get to your destination.
And to know how to enjoy this destination.
That is why I bring forward the gifts of creation,
Of crafts.
As Athena.
I am the goddess of crafts,
Of weaving,
Of spinning.
Spinning my creative talents into everything,
Enjoying the process.
This is how we enjoy the journey.
We enjoy the quest by weaving and spinning our beautiful tapestry into every moment as we take part on our journey.
As we put one foot in front of the other,
We enjoy the way as we spin and weave and weave and spin.
So you may see a light opening in your forehead.
And you may see something like a spider web.
With all of these intricate,
Infinite pathways.
All are available to you.
Any direction.
Any pathway in this beautiful web is possible for you.
As we open the web,
You may see a bigger and bigger and bigger.
Image of this and see that the entire world,
The entire universe,
The entire experience is one giant web.
Which you may walk through and enjoy and see the beauty of this unique creation,
Your own web that is available to you.
You may feel a pulsing between the eyes,
In the forehead.
You may see an opening.
You may visualize this beautiful dew-dropped wildflower.
That is glistening and shining in the sun.
You are the creator of this web of this tapestry and you are in no danger.
There is no spider coming to get you.
You are in a safe space.
This web is a map for you,
Showing you all of the possibilities and all the directions that you may go in.
That you may travel.
During your time here and all the times in the future.
You may see a pulsing,
Moving,
Undulating.
Swirl of light in your forehead,
Between your eyes.
This is your third eye becoming active.
Bringing forward the wisdom,
Activating this chakra.
To become bigger,
To become more expansive,
To see the world.
From a greater and greater vantage point and seeing all of the intricate.
Parts and pieces of this web.
It is like a beautiful shimmering.
Masterpiece.
That is yours to walk and yours to be humbled.
You may hear some messages,
You may be getting specific images,
You may see flowers,
You may see crystals,
You may see animals,
You may see colors.
You may receive a download of wisdom at this very moment.
All is well and all is perfect for you.
As this chakra stretches and yawns and awakens,
You become more and more aware,
Blinking and opening and blinking and opening and blinking and opening.
Receiving this wisdom of the beautiful channel of communication that you now have directly lined up a clear an open channel.
From Creator Universe God Source to you.
To your higher self,
To your body.
All channels are open.
All channels are more activated.
In a gentle and loving process.
That is a gradual opening.
That is a gradual.
Familiarity with more and more clarity.
More and more wisdom,
Being able to use your past messages,
Your past experiences,
Bringing those into the fold.
Hearing clear messages from source to you of your own desires and checking them with your heart to see if they still beat to see if it still resonates and then moving forward with these gems of wisdom to create the life that you desire to follow the path while holding these desires this is awakening This is enlightenment.
This is the possibility available to you.
So taking a moment to thank the presence of Athena.
This beautiful goddess who is here to open your wisdom.
To weave her beautiful tapestries to help activate your own intuition and creativity and co-creation with the universe.
