Welcome to Love's Quest guided meditations for finding the one.

This is part one of the series Clarity.

I'm Truly Eleanor,

A dating and relationship coach working with women for the last 15 years helping you to find the one.

Today I want to do a process where we're going to dive into clarity.

All the levels and layers of clarity that you can find within yourself to make it easier to find and recognize when someone that you meet is and feels like home.

Getting started,

Find a quiet place to close your eyes and settle in.

You may be seated in a chair,

Comfortable chair,

You may be laying on a mat,

Couch or bed.

Whatever feels comfortable for you is perfect.

Now take a moment to observe your body and find the space where you can tune in and dial in to the messages your body is trying to tell you for the first layer of clarity today.

We will also dive into the heart and the intuition.

So starting with the body,

You may visualize yourself as you close your eyes,

Seeing your body as a whole in your mind's eye.

You may see yourself from the outside,

You may feel like you are inside yourself and viewing yourself from within.

Whatever perspective is perfect for you.

This is all about the feeling and the experience of the body.

Often we spend so much time outside of our body or focused on external things that we lose sight and lose touch with our physical body.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose,

We will enter the physical body,

Allowing the breath to travel all the way down to the parts of the body,

Starting with the head and heading down through the layers into the toes,

Back up the body,

Up the torso and out through the mouth.

Taking a second breath in through the nose and this time feeling and sensing and seeing this connection of the body and the breath as the breath travels up to the head and down through the body.

You may see it as a whirling waterfall of energy flowing down into the body through the legs and the feet curving around and back up the legs again up through the torso down the arms up through the neck into the throat and the head through the head and down into the throat and out through the mouth.

Final inhale of the breath in through the nose,

Traveling with the breath,

Taking a journey up into the head,

Observing,

Witnessing,

Feeling the connection of your physical self as the air and the energy travels down through the throat down the torso and arms down through the legs over the knees down through the feet traveling back up again up through the legs over the hips and up the torso through the arms and up through the throat and out through the mouth for the final time.

Now placing your awareness in your mind's eye on your body as a whole.

What is the balance point of your physical body?

This may be a certain area of your body that feels like the anchor,

That feels like the space that balances you,

That brings you home to your physical self.

Each person this will be different.

For some it may be the root,

The sits bone,

The root,

The sits bones,

Where you feel your direct connection to the earth that is holding you up to the space where you can ground into the body.

For others it may feel like the solar plexus or the middle of the torso,

Your power center,

Feeling like the midpoint between your upper and lower body anchoring you and balancing you from within.

Or you may feel it in your throat where all the information comes through,

Where all your expression comes out,

Where the flow of you and your self-expression and your authentic self comes out through this space of the throat.

This may feel like your balance point.

There is no right or wrong.

Whatever you are seeing or sensing is perfect for you.

Take a moment now to find your balance point in the body.

Go to this area and dive into this space,

Taking time to observe what you may be feeling,

Sensing,

Or seeing.

Perhaps you see a symbol,

A flower,

A favorite flower,

A crystal,

Or an animal.

Or you may be just directed to a certain feeling of anchored into the body.

Feel a sense of connection and safety.

If you're having trouble finding this space,

It's okay.

This will come to you maybe later in this process.

Having the faith that all is well and you are directed and you will be taken to exactly where you need to go in this journey of clarity.

So just feeling into this anchor point in the body,

Becoming aware of it and whatever messages or feelings or symbols that are being revealed to you,

Taking note in the mind's eye,

Saving it for further reflection later today or when you are ready.

And now moving your awareness up into the heart,

Where we will dive headfirst into the space of the heart.

You may see a sacred space,

A garden,

A feeling of your inner sanctum of the heart,

A feeling of love and compassion,

And home.

And again,

You may see this as your happy place,

A beautiful garden,

Or maybe a space at the beach with the beautiful waves rolling up to touch your feet,

Or maybe a high mountain peak where you're seated on the rock,

Looking out at the expansive world around you,

Feeling so free and safe at the same time,

Leaning into whatever visuals or feelings or experiencing the heart that is coming to you now.

Take a moment to really feel into this,

Seeing the vision,

Feeling the space of your heart,

Taking note of any messages or inspirations you may be experiencing.

And from the space of the heart and directly connected and anchored into the body,

You may ask for some clarity now,

Remembering that the heart and the body speaks in symbols.

You may hear the words of a song,

You may see lines of poetry,

You may see a beautiful horse galloping through the fields with its mane flowing behind it in the breeze.

You may get a sense of knowing or a feeling of unconditional love and expansiveness.

This is the way the heart speaks to you.

So don't worry if the mind doesn't understand this clarity yet.

You will be able to come back to this space and take notes and journal about this experience.

You may do this meditation or this process as many times as you would like to receive another layer of clarity,

Another level of awareness.

It is a never-ending process.

So going back to asking for clarity now,

Maybe you would like to see,

Feel,

Or experience the love and relationship that you desire on another level,

Bringing things into focus for you to work towards or move towards with more confidence.

Maybe you ask for messages as to what to do to bring this love into your life,

Who you can be,

Who you are becoming.

Taking a moment to do this now,

Knowing that your body and your mind are connected.

To add to this beautiful message of clarity,

This level of clarity that is opening up for you right now,

We're going to dive into the intuition.

This is your part of you that knows all the answers,

That can see things from a higher perspective.

You may call it your true self,

You may call it your higher self,

Whatever words you use are perfect for you.

Taking a moment now to direct your energy and your attention to your throat,

The back of the neck where all of the information comes in.

You may feel a sense of connection to this area of the body and the energy because this is where you receive your highest information,

The greatest level of clarity.

It doesn't matter whether you see things or hear things or feel things or know things,

This is the main channel of information that you can access right now as you direct your attention to the throat and the back of the neck.

And when you feel that your energy is there,

Your attention is placed there,

You may ask again for a level of clarity,

Whatever level of clarity you would like to achieve.

Maybe it's clarity maybe it's clarity as to what you truly desire,

Maybe it's clarity around how to find your soulmate,

Or maybe it's a level of clarity as to how you change your circumstances or how you overcome your struggles or your feelings of disconnection or loneliness or anything that feels challenging or hard about finding this love that you're looking for.

And taking a moment to open up to this direct channel of wisdom,

Of heart,

Of information that is coming through your anchor point in your body,

Wherever that is,

Your heart,

Your sacred heart space,

Whatever that looks like,

In the channel of information coming through your throat.

With all of these points connected,

You are achieving an amazing level of clarity right now.

Perhaps you have never seen things in this way before.

Taking another moment to breathe this all in,

Taking note of the feelings,

The messages,

The symbols,

The pictures you're receiving.

If you don't feel like you're getting anything,

Again you can come back to this at any time.

Sometimes it takes the repetition of showing up to finally tap into this information,

This source of love that is available to you.

And it doesn't always happen the first time.

That's okay.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose and release.

We're going to come back into the room,

Back into this present moment,

Feeling fully rejuvenated,

Feeling clarity,

Feeling alert and awake,

Starting to move the fingers and toes so that you feel very much present in this moment,

Very excited for all of the clarity that has come through.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
